Shift handover. 3.3.1 Effective shift handovers are important to the smooth operations of an area because they allow valuable information to be exchanged, this information allows us to be updated on the status of all aspects of the area in regard to safety, quality, and production.
Shift handover. Employees undertaking the role of either a Leading Hand or Supervisor will be ready for work at least 30 minutes before their normal shift starting time to assist with planning and deployment for the shift. They must also stay for a minimum of 30 minutes after their shift to debrief staff on the outcomes of their shift and the status of their work area. Applicable overtime rates shall apply.
Shift handover. Employees who regularly work a continuous shift schedule will receive an additional 12 hours pay, payable on the last pay period of the year.
