COMPANY STANDARDS. 5.1 CircoSense Ltd represents and commits to the customer that all works shall be performed: 5.1.1 by an appropriate number of suitably qualified and experienced personnel; 5.1.2 using reasonable skill and care and in accordance with good industry practice; and 5.1.3 in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations in force at the time of commencement of works. 5.2 Nothing in this Agreement shall extend the warranties provided by CircoSense Ltd. No spare parts, software updates, repairs or updates to the equipment shall be covered by Warranty beyond its initial warranty expiry in accordance with this agreement. 5.3 To the extent permitted by the applicable law, CircoSense Ltd disclaims all other warranties, representations and/or conditions with respect to the equipment, either express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties, representations and/or conditions of satisfactory quality or fitness for any particular purpose. 5.4 The customer hereby acknowledges that the terms and conditions of this Contract and, in particular, the limitations of liability contained in appropriate clauses noted are reasonable in all the circumstances and having regard for the purchase by the Customer for the Equipment.
COMPANY STANDARDS. Any and all references to Company standards or procedures refer to Company standards or procedures as they may be amended, modified or revised by the Company from time to time in its sole discretion, consistent with the Company’s legal obligations consistent with the CPUC’s ROW decisions and the Company’s safety and other legal obligations.

COMPANY STANDARDS. (a) All Artists shall be expected to perform up to the high standards of the Company, which shall include maintaining good physical condition. (b) In the event the Company wishes to discuss the weight of an individual Artist, it must do so in the presence of a mutually agreed upon health professional. (c) If any Artist shall miss a performance, one-seventh (1/7th) of the Artist’s weekly salary shall be deducted. If Artist shall miss a rehearsal, one-fifteenth (1/15th) of the Artist’s weekly salary shall be deducted.

Contractor shall at all times perform its duties using best industry practice for comparable operations. C. Personnel shall conduct themselves in a courteous, workmanlike manner. D. Personnel shall dress in clean, uniform shirts with suitable identification. E. Color and appearance of Collection vehicles, Containers (except as provided for in Section 2.I of this Exhibit), employee uniforms, and public education materials provided by the Contractor will be designed to provide a standard representation of the Contractor. If subcontractors are included, a distinct but uniform appearance of the subcontractor equipment, vehicles, and personnel will be allowable.
COMPANY STANDARDS. Comply with all reasonable standards of Company for displaying, advertising, demonstrating, and explaining the operation and use of the Software.

COMPANY STANDARDS. Block by Block shall maintain a high standard of services, with adjustments in authorized weekly hours and annual contract value as agreed upon. Block by Block will maintain a close check over all Ambassadors to ensure this high standard of services is delivered. Specific assignments, hours and duties of the Ambassadors will be proposed monthly by Block by Block and approved by the CUSTOMER.
