COMPANY STANDARDS. Any and all references to Company standards or procedures refer to Company standards or procedures as they may be amended, modified or revised by the Company from time to time in its sole discretion, consistent with the Company’s legal obligations consistent with the CPUC’s ROW decisions and the Company’s safety and other legal obligations.

COMPANY STANDARDS. 5.1 CircoSense Ltd represents and commits to the customer that all works shall be performed:
5.1.1 by an appropriate number of suitably qualified and experienced personnel;
5.1.2 using reasonable skill and care and in accordance with good industry practice; and
5.1.3 in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations in force at the time of commencement of works.
5.2 Nothing in this Agreement shall extend the warranties provided by CircoSense Ltd. No spare parts, software updates, repairs or updates to the equipment shall be covered by Warranty beyond its initial warranty expiry in accordance with this agreement.
5.3 To the extent permitted by the applicable law, CircoSense Ltd disclaims all other warranties, representations and/or conditions with respect to the equipment, either express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties, representations and/or conditions of satisfactory quality or fitness for any particular purpose.
5.4 The customer hereby acknowledges that the terms and conditions of this Contract and, in particular, the limitations of liability contained in appropriate clauses noted are reasonable in all the circumstances and having regard for the purchase by the Customer for the Equipment.
COMPANY STANDARDS. (1) Deutsche Welle shall waive the limitation of the scope of work activity and the amount of the fee according to the “Prognoseregelung” [2]or due to other organisational regulations if a framework contract (Section 18) has been concluded.
(2) Insofar as programme work is possible both within the framework of an employment contract according to the framework agreement on employment conditions (MTV) and within the framework of freelance work, in order to take account of the requirement for programme diversity, Deutsche Welle may, in accordance with the following paragraphs 3 and 4 and in accordance with Items 110 to 113 of the MTV, freely structure the contracts with its employees within the framework of responsible personnel planning.
(3) The parties to the collective agreement agree that fixed-term programme work complements, but does not replace, the employment of persons on the basis of an employment contract in accordance with the MTV.
(4) Within the framework of the right to hearing pursuant to Section 78(3)(3) of the German Personnel Representation Act (BpersVG) for permanent staff, Deutsche Welle shall annually forward to the competent staff representation an overview of the freelancers with whom framework contracts on pursuant to this collective agreement were concluded and terminated during the reporting period, the terms of such agreements and the departments in which the freelancers work or have worked predominantly . The overview will also contain general statistical information on the quantitative extent of the assignment of individuals with employee-like relationships at Deutsche Welle in the reporting period, whereby this information shows, based on cost centres, in which departments the worked predominantly. Within the scope of this right to hearing, Deutsche Welle shall also discuss with the competent staff representation the question of whether activities to be performed on a permanent basis are to be carried out by employees or freelancers.

COMPANY STANDARDS. The employee will be required to meet company standards on all occasions. This may include company standards regarding job performance, appearance and grooming, emergency procedures, anti-discrimination, occupational health and safety and prohibition of alcohol or illegal drug consumption.
COMPANY STANDARDS. 8.1 Vendor will comply with Company’s technical architecture and information technology product standards existing as of the Effective Date and as they may reasonably be modified during the Term by Company upon written notice to Vendor, including without limitation, those listed on Schedule 6.1.

COMPANY STANDARDS. (a) All Artists shall be expected to perform up to the high standards of the Company, which shall include maintaining good physical condition.
(b) In the event the Company wishes to discuss the weight of an individual Artist, it must do so in the presence of a mutually agreed upon health professional.
(c) If any Artist shall miss a performance, one-seventh (1/7th) of the Artist’s weekly salary shall be deducted. If Artist shall miss a rehearsal, one-fifteenth (1/15th) of the Artist’s weekly salary shall be deducted.
