Sick Leave Entitlement. (a) During the probationary period worked by a Full-time continuous Employee, any time off because of illness will be without pay. After completion of the probationary period, such Employee shall be entitled to cumulative sick leave credit computed from the date of commencement of employment at the rate of one and one-half (1 1/2) normal working days per month for each full month of employment up to a maximum of one hundred and twenty (120) normal working days.
