Common use of Sick Leave Entitlement Clause in Contracts

Sick Leave Entitlement. (a) During the probationary period worked by a Full-time continuous Employee, any time off because of illness will be without pay. After completion of the probationary period, such Employee shall be entitled to cumulative sick leave credit computed from the date of commencement of employment at the rate of one and one-half (1 1/2) normal working days per month for each full month of employment up to a maximum of one hundred and twenty (120) normal working days.

Sick Leave Entitlement. (a) During the Effective September 1, 2008, a regular full-time or part-time employee who has completed their probationary period worked by a Full-time continuous Employee, any time off because of illness will be without pay. After completion of the probationary period, such Employee shall be entitled to cumulative accrue sick leave credit computed from the date of commencement of employment credits at the rate of one and one-half (1 1/2) normal working quarter days per month for each full month of employment up to a maximum of one hundred and twenty (120) normal working days15 days per year.

After 2019: Upon completion of the probationary probation period, such Employee on January 1 of each year, each full-time regular employee shall be entitled to cumulative granted a credit of forty-eight (48) hours sick leave credit computed from the date leave, pro-rated for any partial year of commencement of employment at the rate of one and one-half (1 1/2) normal working days per month for each full month of employment up to a maximum of one hundred and twenty (120) normal working daysemployment.

Sick Leave Entitlement. (a) During the Regular employees who work 15 hours per week or more and who have completed their probationary period worked by a Full-time continuous Employee, any time off because of illness will be without pay. After completion of the probationary period, such Employee shall be entitled to cumulative sick leave credit computed from the date of commencement of employment at the rate of one and earn one-half (1 1/2) normal working days day of sick leave credits per month for each full month of employment up to a maximum of one hundred and twenty (120) normal working dayssix days in a calendar year. Employees may carry over six days per year, but their sick leave bank shall never exceed 18 days at any time.
