Common use of Sick Leave Clause in Contracts

Sick Leave. Section 1: Employees shall accrue sick leave at the rate of eight (8) hours per month if full-time, and a proportionate amount if permanent part-time, to a maximum of 960 hours.

Sick Leave. Section 1: . Employees shall accrue earn and be entitled to twelve (12) hours per month, totaling six (6) days (or 144 hours) per year of sick leave at the rate of eight (8) hours with pay per month if full-time, and a proportionate amount if permanent part-time, to a maximum of 960 hoursyear worked.

Sick Leave. Section SECTION 1: Employees Each employee shall accrue be entitled to paid sick leave if needed for the reasons stated below. Each employee shall accumulate sick leave at the rate of eight 136 hours (8) hours 17 days) per month if full-time, and a proportionate amount if permanent part-time, to a maximum of 960 hoursyear.

(By way of example, a proportionate amount if permanent partRegular Part-time, Time Employee who works 20 hours/week (50% of a 40-hour work week) will accrue pursuant to a maximum of 960 50% accrual plan (4 hours/month)).

Section 1: Employees 20.1 Sick leave for all employees shall accrue sick leave at be as prescribed in MEISA clause 7.3 EXCEPT THAT in each year of service, including the rate of first year, an employee shall be entitled to eight (8) days sick leave per year (64 hours for employees who normally work more than 8 ordinary hours per month if full-time, and a proportionate amount if permanent part-time, to a maximum of 960 hoursday).

Section 1: 9.1 Employees shall accrue sick leave at the rate of be credited with eight (8) hours per of sick leave for each month if full-time, and a proportionate amount if permanent part-time, to a of continuous employment following completion of six (6) months of continuous employment. There is no maximum of 960 hoursaccumulation limits placed on sick leave.

Sick Leave. Section 1: Employees shall accrue . Operators will accumulate sick leave at the a rate of equivalent to eight (8) hours per for each full month if full-time, and of service. Sick leave hours will be credited on a proportionate amount if permanent part-time, pay period basis. Sick leave accumulated in one (1) year may be carried over to succeeding years to a maximum of 960 eight hundred (800) hours.

Sick Leave. Section 1: Employees 16.1 Each full-time employee shall earn and accrue sick leave at the rate of eight (8) hours per month if full-time, and a proportionate amount if permanent part-time, to a maximum of 960 hours.

Sick Leave. Section 1: 16.01 Employees working thirty-five (35) hours a week shall accrue accumulate sick leave entitlement at the rate of eight one and one-half (8) hours 1½) days per month if full-time, and a proportionate amount if permanent part-timeof employment, to a maximum of 960 hoursseventy-five (75) working days. Employees working less than thirty-five hours per week will have sick leave entitlement prorated accordingly. (Current practice of Employment Insurance and L.T.D. will remain.)

Sick Leave. Section 1: Employees Sick leave of one and one-quarter (1.25) days per month shall accrue for each month of full-time service. Part-time employees under Article XI, Section 1 (c) shall accrue sick leave at the rate of eight (8) hours per month if fullon a pro-time, and a proportionate amount if permanent part-time, rata basis. Sick leave may be accumulated up to a maximum of 960 200 days (1600 hours). Employees exceeding the maximum accumulation on date of execution of this Agreement shall be allowed to maintain said accumulation, but not to accumulate additional days.

Sick Leave. Section 1: Employees ACCRUAL Eligible employees shall accrue sick leave at the rate of eight (8) 0.019 hours per month if paid hour, excluding overtime hours. For example, a full-time---time employee shall accrue sick leave at 0.02307 X 2080 hours annually = 6 days. The maximum accrual of sick leave shall be limited to two--- hundred (200) hours. During the probationary period, and a proportionate amount if permanent part-time, employees shall be eligible to a maximum of 960 hoursaccrue but not take sick leave.

Section 1: Employees 10.1 Each regular full-time or regular part-time employee shall accrue sick leave at the rate of eight (8) .0463 hours per month if fullfor each hour in a regular pay status excluding overtime, call-time, back and a proportionate amount if permanent part-time, to a maximum of 960 hoursstandby duty.

Regular full time employees shall accrue accumulate sick leave at the rate of eight (8) hours per month if full-time, and of service at their regular rates of pay for each month in which he or she works and/or is on paid leave for eighty (80) hours or more. Regular part time employees shall accumulate sick leave at a rate proportionate to the actual amount if permanent part-time, to a maximum of 960 hourstime worked. Regular employees are eligible for use of accrued sick leave upon completion of one (1) month of employment.

Sick Leave. Section 1: (i) Regular and provisional full-time Employees shall accrue sick leave at the rate of eight one hundred and four (8) 104) hours per month if full-time, and a proportionate amount if permanent part-time, to a year maximum of 960 hoursaccrual.

Sick Leave. Section 1: 5.3.1. All full-time and part-time Employees shall accrue will be entitled up to 76 hours of sick leave leave upon the completion of each year of continuous service with the Employer for absences due to personal illness or care for a member of their immediate family or household in accordance with Clause 5.6 (Family Leave). Provided that sick leave for such Employees with less than 12 calendar months service, will accrue at the rate of eight (8) 0.0385 hours per month if full-time, and a proportionate amount if permanent part-time, to a maximum of 960 hoursordinary hour worked.

Section 11 - Accumulation: Employees Full-time employees shall accrue accumulate paid sick leave at the rate of eight (8) 7.5 or 8 hours per for each continuous month if full-time, and a proportionate amount if permanent part-time, of service based on the employee's assigned work week. Xxxx leave may be accumulated to a maximum total of 960 hours1350 hours for employees assigned a 37.5 hour work week or 1440 hours for employees assigned a 40 hour workweek. Sick leave accumulation and charges shall be made on an hourly basis.
