Sign In/Out. I agree to sign my child in and out each day of attendance with my CMELC assigned unique 4-digit PIN or during electronic system failure/complications will use my Full Legal Signature as represented on the Emergency Card. When I arrange for someone other than myself to pick-up my child I will notify the center and indicate their name as Authorized Family Representative on the appropriate CMELC Emergency Card, a unique 4-digit PIN will be assigned to each authorized family representative listed by the parents on the Emergency Card. Notifications and account information are also available on the app. ● Additional Pick-Up People on an enrolled NCP child’s pickup authorization list will be issued a four-digit personal identification number (PIN) that will be used for signing in and out of the program (students/children). ● Scan your QR code or enter your 4-digit code, tap the picture of the child until you see a blue circle around the picture. It will show the current status of the child. ● Press “All Done” on the bottom of the screen when you are finished.

  • Scope and Application This Appendix will apply to all work undertaken within the Employer’s Workshop(s) by employees mainly engaged at the Workshop.
