Meal Money Sample Clauses
Meal Money. A full time employee who is required to work overtime after 7.00 p.m. on any day shall be paid meal money of $11.90 in respect of each such occasion unless a meal is provided by the Company. The amount paid to an employee for meal money will increase by the percentage that the Federal Minimum Wage increases on each occasion that it is increased by the Australian Fair Pay Commission.
Meal Money. Meal money shall be paid at a rate of $10.00 each. Qualifying hours are as follows: • One meal allowed if departure is before 7:30 a.m. and return is 11:00 a.m. or after. • One meal allowed if departure is before 11:00 a.m. and return is 1:00 p.m. or after. • One meal allowed if departure is before 5:00 p.m. and return is 7:00 p.m. or after. • Meal allowance will only be paid if the meal is not provided free for the driver.
Meal Money. An employee who is required to work overtime, at the conclusion of a shift, for more than 1.5 hours without being notified on the previous day or earlier that the employee will be so required to work, will be paid $12.32 meal money. A similar amount will be paid for each subsequent meal period taken in accordance with 6.2.7(b).
Meal Money. Part-time employees shall be guaranteed a minimum of four (4) hours of work or the equivalent thereof in pay for each daily report to work.
a) In the event an employee is required to work three (3) hours overtime after his/her regular shift he/she will be paid $9.00 supper money.
b) Employees entitled to supper money will be paid bi-weekly on the same day as their regularly scheduled pay date for all supper monies due for the time period covered by their pay cheque. Supper money will be included on the employee’s regular pay cheque as a taxable benefit.
Meal Money. In those instances where the ARTIST is required to perform outside the city of origination, but is not required to remain outside the city of origination overnight, the ARTIST will receive meal money as listed in Paragraph 17(a)(4). Such monies shall be distributed to the ARTIST not later than two (2) ARTIST working days prior to scheduled departure.
Meal Money. (1) When a trainee is required to continue working after the usual finishing time for more than one hour he/she shall be paid $6.50 for the purchase of any meal required.
(2) Late Night Trading Meal Allowance - A trainee who commences work at or prior to 1.00pm on the day of late night trading and is required to work beyond 7.00pm on that day shall be paid a meal allowance of $6.50.
(3) Meal money may be paid prior to the meal period on the day upon which the overtime is to be worked or as part of the normal weekly or fortnightly wage as appropriate.
Meal Money. An employee required to work overtime before or after his/her ordinary working hours on any day shall, when such additional duty necessitates taking a meal away from his/her usual place of residence, be supplied by his/her employer with any meal required or be reimbursed for each meal purchased at the rate of $4.70 for breakfast, $5.80 for the midday meal, $6.95 for the evening meal and $5.70 for supper: Provided that the overtime worked before or after the meal break totals not less than two hours. Such reimbursement shall be in addition to any payment for overtime to which he/she is entitled.
Meal Money. Any employee who actually works the employee's complete regular daily work schedule shall receive meal money in accordance with the following: 3l-2 Effective January l, l995, an employee who works the employee's entire workday, and works an additional two (2) hours or more (either two hours immediately before, or two hours immediately after, but not combining time worked before and after) shall receive a meal stipend in the amount of fifteen dollars ($l5.00) unless a meal is provided by the County.
Meal Money. An employee required to work overtime for two hours or more after working ordinary hours shall be paid a meal allowance of $15.00 in lieu of clause 36.2.1 of the Transport Workers Award 1998.
Meal Money. Where an employee is required to work overtime for a period of at least two hours in excess of the required daily hours of work the employee shall be provided with a meal free of cost or shall be paid the sum of $7.97 as meal money. This subclause shall not apply where the employee has been advised of the necessity to work overtime on the previous day or earlier.
