Single Project Implementation Unit. (a) The Recipient shall maintain throughout Project implementation period the Project implementation unit within the Rwanda Transport Development Agency Single Project Implementation Unit) with resources and composed of key staff, with qualifications, experience and under terms of reference acceptable to the Association as may be further detailed in the Project Implementation Manual (“PIM”). (b) The Single Project Implementation Unit shall be responsible for inter alia implementation of its Respective Part of the Project as further detailed in the PIM.

Single Project Implementation Unit. (a) The Project Implementing Entity shall maintain throughout the period of implementation of the Project its Single Project Implementation Unit (“BRD- SPIU”) with sufficient resources and staff in adequate numbers, each with terms of reference, qualification and experience acceptable to the Association, for the purpose of implementing the Project in addition to its other responsibilities, as further described the PIM. (b) Without limitation to the provisions of Section I.A.1(a) of this Schedule, the Project Implementing Entity shall recruit or appoint for the BRD-SPIU, no later than three (3) months after the Effective Date, the following additional staff dedicated for the Project, each with terms of reference, qualification and experience acceptable to the Association: (i) one project coordinator; (ii) one environmental specialist; (iii) one social specialist; (iv) one procurement specialist; and (v) one accountant.
Single Project Implementation Unit. RBC (a) The Project Implementing Entity shall be responsible for overall Project day-to- day management and implementation, including financial management, procurement, and environmental and social aspects as well as the monitoring and evaluation and technical aspects of the Project, as further detailed in the Project Implementation Manual. The Project Implementing Entity shall coordinate the technical implementation of the Project with the Rwanda Agriculture and Animal Resources Development Board (RAB), the Rwanda Development Board (RDB), the Rwanda Environment Management Authority (REMA) the Gender Monitoring Office (GMO) and the National Child Development Agency (NCDA). (b) The Project Implementing Entity shall have adequate resources and staffing, with qualifications and experience acceptable to the Association, to carry out its responsibilities under the Project, as further detailed in the Project Implementation Manual. (c) The Project Implementing Entity shall maintain the Single Project Implementation Unit (“RBC-SPIU”) throughout Project implementation, with a composition, resources and mandate satisfactory to the Association, all as further detailed in the Project Implementation Manual.

  • Project Implementation The Borrower shall:

  • Project Implementation Manual The Recipient, through the PCU, shall: (i) take all action required to carry out Parts 1.1, 1.3, 1.4, 2, 3.1(b), 3.2, 3.3 and 4 (ii) of the Project in accordance with the provisions and requirements set forth or referred to in the Project Implementation Manual; (ii) submit recommendations to the Association for its consideration for changes and updates of the Project Implementation Manual as they may become necessary or advisable during Project implementation in order to achieve the objective of Parts 1.1, 1.3, 1.4, 2, 3.1(b), 3.2, 3.3 and 4(ii) of the Project; and (iii) not assign, amend, abrogate or waive the Project Implementation Manual or any of its provisions without the Association’s prior agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if any of the provisions of the Project Implementation Manual is inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail and govern.

  • Project Completion Date It is agreed between the Parties that the Project Completion Date is <END DATE, YEAR>. If the Project is not completed by such date then, subject to an amendment agreed to between the Parties, Alberta Innovates may elect to terminate this Investment Agreement. In such event, Alberta Innovates will notify the Applicant of its decision to terminate as soon as reasonably practical and shall advise the Applicant of the effective date of termination. Alberta Innovates will have no liability or obligation to reimburse the Applicant for any Project Costs incurred after the effective date of termination and may require the Applicant to return any portions of the Investment which were spent on Ineligible Expenses. Additionally, any portion of the Investment not used and accounted for in accordance with this Agreement as of the Project Completion Date or earlier termination is repayable by the Applicant to AI at AI’s request.

  • Project Completion The Contractor agrees to schedule a final job walk with the County. If required, the County will prepare a list of incomplete items, the “Punch List”. The Contractor agrees to complete the “Punch List” corrections and schedule a final project completion job walk. The County will sign the “Punch List” as completed when determined, the project is finished. The Contractor agrees to submit the following along with its final payment request:

  • Project Changes Project changes prior to bid opening shall be made by addendum to plans and specifications. Changes after bid opening shall be made by change order. The Local Government shall submit all addenda and all change orders to the Department for an eligibility determination. After execution of all construction, equipment and materials contracts, the Project contingency may be reduced.

  • Construction Progress Schedule A schedule indicating proposed activity sequences and durations, milestone dates for receipt and approval of pertinent information, preparation, submittal, and processing of Shop Drawings and Samples, delivery of materials or equipment requiring long-lead time procurement, and proposed date(s) of Material Completion and Occupancy and Final Completion. The schedule will be developed to represent the sixteen or seventeen CSI Specification Divisions. It shall have a minimum number of activities as required to adequately represent to Owner the complete scope of work and define the Project’s critical path and associated activities. If the Project is to be phased, then each individual Phase should be identified from start through completion of the overall Project and should be individually scheduled and described, including any Owner’s occupancy requirements and showing portions of the Project having occupancy priority. The format of the schedule will have dependencies indicated on a monthly grid identifying milestone dates such as construction start, phase construction, structural top out, dry-in, rough-in completion, metal stud and drywall completion, equipment installation, systems operational, Material Completion and Occupancy Date, final inspection dates, Punchlist, and Final Completion date.

  • Notice to Proceed - Site Improvements The Recipient shall not commence, or cause to be commenced, any site improvements or other work on the Land until the Director has issued a Notice to Proceed to the Recipient. Such Notice to Proceed will not be issued until the Director is assured that the Recipient has complied with all requirements for the approval of a grant under Revised Code Sections 164.20 through 164.27 and has completed any land acquisition required by the Project. A Notice to Proceed shall be required for all Project prime contractors or direct procurement initiated by the Recipient following execution of this Agreement.

  • Construction Budget The total amount indicated by the District for the Project plus all other costs, including design, construction, administration, financing, and all other costs.

  • Project Cost Overruns In the event that the Recipient determines that the moneys granted pursuant to Section II hereof, together with the Local Subdivision Contribution, are insufficient to pay in full the costs of the Project, the Recipient may make a request for supplemental assistance to its District Committee. The Recipient must demonstrate that such funding is necessary for the completion of the Project and the cost overrun was the result of circumstances beyond the Recipient's control, that it could not have been avoided with the exercise of due care, and that such circumstances could not have been anticipated at the time of the Recipient's initial application. Should the District Committee approve such request the action shall be recorded in the District Committee's official meeting minutes and provided to the OPWC Director for the execution of an amendment to this Agreement.

  • Access to Project Site ‌ City will make available, no later than the commencement date designated in the current construction Schedule accepted by City, the lands and facilities upon which the Work is to be performed, including such access and other lands and facilities designated in the Contract Documents, for use by Contractor.
