SIP Trunking Services. SIP Trunking is delivered to one of your Site via a dedicated IP access circuit(s) routed across Rogers’ Canada-wide fibre optic or cable network in order to bypass public Internet congestion. They leverage the existing redundancy, diversity and rerouting capabilities of your IP network for enterprise-grade voice clarity and the heightened security. SIP Trunking from Rogers provide enterprise- grade voice quality, flexibility and business continuity. SIP Trunking Services allow you to scale quickly to support call volumes. The amount of IP bandwidth required to support the SIP Services is dependent on the number of SIP Sessions purchased, and an increase in the number of SIP Sessions may require that you purchase additional IP bandwidth. Rogers SIP Trunking services can be delivered on fiber and/or cable access (over EoC or RBI). Where the SIP Services are provided over RBI, the terms and conditions applicable to the RBI portion of the SIP Services are set out in the Xxxxxx Business Internet Schedule.

They leverage the existing redundancy, diversity and rerouting capabilities of the Customer’s IP network for enterprise-grade voice clarity and the heightened security. SIP Trunking Services from Rogers provide enterprise-grade voice quality, flexibility and business continuity. SIP Trunking Services allow the Customer to scale rapidly to support call volumes.
SIP Trunking Services. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that: 6.1. It is responsible for all charges attributable to its account incurred with respect to the Services. It agrees to notify the Supplier immediately in writing via xxxxxxx@xxxxxx.xx or by calling the Supplier customer care line at +00 00 000 0000, if the customer becomes aware at any time that Services are being stolen or fraudulently used. It is responsible for all usage charges attributable to its account, even if incurred as a result of fraudulent or unauthorized use by third parties, until it reports the theft or fraudulent use of the Services. It is solely responsible for securing all passwords and access numbers to guard against and prevent unauthorised access to Services by third parties. The Supplier may, but is not obligated to, detect or report unauthorized use or fraudulent use of Services. It agrees to save, defend, indemnify and hold the Supplier harmless from all claims, costs, liabilities and damages arising out of such fraudulent or unauthorised use. 6.2. It shall keep all of its systems secure and its passwords sufficiently complex to prevent hacking. 6.3. It shall ensure that its PBX and systems are free from known vulnerabilities. 6.4. That the hacking of phone systems is a major problem and that third parties are continually attempting to hack into PBX and phone systems in order to transmit fraudulent traffic. The Customer acknowledges that it will take all necessary measures to protect its systems from such attacks and abuse and that it shall be liable to the Supplier for any traffic which emanates from its telephony system and public or private IP address allocated to the customer. 6.5. Premium rated numbers which attract charges above the standard rates that networks charge, will be billed for separately, at the cost price thereof plus a premium for administration charges. 6.6. It shall indemnify the Supplier against any loss suffered by the Supplier as a result of any use, hacking or mis-use of the Customer’s phone system. 6.7. The Supplier may attempt to limit such loss, but is not obligated to, from hacking by suspending service and/or blocking certain number ranges and/or country codes. Notwithstanding such attempts by the Supplier to prevent such fraud, it shall in no way be held liable should it fail to prevent any such fraud and the Customer remains solely and absolutely liable in respect of all traffic sent to the Supplier from its telephony system. 6.8.   • Monitoring Services IDT staff shall, using methods that include face-to-face and other contacts with the member, monitor the services a member receives. This monitoring shall ensure that: a. The member receives the services and supports authorized, arranged for and coordinated by the IDT staff; b. The services and supports identified in the MCP as being provided by natural and community supports are being provided; and c. The quality of the services and supports received is adequate and still necessary to continue to meet the needs and preferences of the member and support the member’s outcomes identified in the MCP.

  • Mobile Banking Services Mobile Banking is a personal financial information management service that allows you to access account information and conduct transactions using compatible and supported mobile phones and/or other compatible and supported wireless devices (including phones, "Wireless Devices"). We reserve the right to modify the scope of the Mobile Banking services at any time. We reserve the right to refuse to make any transaction you request through Mobile Banking. You agree and understand that Mobile Banking may not be accessible or may have limited utility over some mobile telephone networks, such as while roaming.

  • Ongoing Services It is important to review every investment you hold and at regular intervals. At the time of, or prior to, our recommendation to you we will discuss our on-going service proposition. This is confirmed in our ‘service proposition and engagement’ document which will be sent to you separately from this agreement.

  • Financing Services The Manager shall: (i) identify and evaluate potential financing and refinancing sources, engaging a third party broker if necessary; (ii) negotiate terms of, arrange and execute financing agreements; (iii) manage relationships between the Company and its lenders, if any; and (iv) monitor and oversee the service of the Company’s debt facilities and other financings, if any.

  • Online Banking Services We may provide Online Banking Services to you during the Term from time to time as described in this Agreement. You understand and agree that we may, and you authorize us to, provide Online Banking Services through one or more third party vendors. This Agreement does not apply to services provided under separate agreements with third party vendors that do not specifically reference this Agreement or that are not specifically referenced in this Agreement.   • Hosting Services 13.1 If Supplier or its subcontractor, affiliate or any other person or entity providing products or services under the Contract Hosts Customer Data in connection with an Acquisition, the provisions of Appendix 1, attached hereto and incorporated herein, apply to such Acquisition. 13.2 If the Hosting of Customer Data by Supplier or its subcontractor, affiliate or any other person or entity providing products or services under the Contract contributes to or directly causes a Data Breach, Supplier shall be responsible for the obligations set forth in Appendix 1 related to breach reporting requirements and associated costs.
