SPECIAL ATTENDANCE ALLOWANCE. A. Employees who meet the conditions provided in this clause will be paid an annual bonus of one (1) weeks pay or, if they so elect in writing, one weeks additional annual leave to be taken during a period of scheduled annual leave. The conditions to be met by employees in order to qualify for the bonus are: (i) Employees will use their best endeavours to notify absences the day before such absences occurs. (ii) The Company will administer the payment of the special attendance allowance on a just and equitable basis. (iii) Employees must be currently full time as at the date of signing of this Agreement. For employees who join the fleet after the commencement of this Agreement those employees must complete twelve (12) months service in order to qualify for the allowance. B. The additional leave provided for as the special attendance allowance herein must be given and taken by 30 March in each calendar year. If the leave is not taken by 30 March then it shall be paid to the employee as a bonus of one (1) weeks pay which payment shall be made in the first pay period to commence on or after 30 March in the relevant year. C. The Company will be flexible where employees seek time off for serious family issues.

  • Car Allowance The Company shall provide the Executive an automobile allowance of $750 per month during the term of Executive’s employment hereunder.

  • Managers Compensation Any or all Managers may receive such reasonable compensation for their services, whether in the form of salary or otherwise, with expenses, if any, as the Board may reasonably determine. Any such compensation and expense will be paid by the Member.

  • Travel Allowance 18.01 The existing Board travel allowance shall be paid to an Occasional Teacher. This shall only apply when replacing an itinerant teacher.

  • Attendance Bonus Employees are eligible for an attendance bonus when every shift is satisfactorily worked throughout the monthly schedule period and no changes are requested in the schedule by the employee except for trading shifts as provided for in Article 13.4.4 or utilizing unpaid union leave. To qualify, a minimum of 130 compensated hours must have been worked during the qualifying period. The bonus will be an additional twenty-five ($0.25) per hour on only the hours worked in the qualifying period.

  • Auto Allowance The Company shall provide to Executive a car allowance in an amount equal to $1,000 per month during the Employment Period.

  • Vacation Allowance Employees in permanent positions are entitled to vacation with pay. Accrual is based upon straight time hours of working time per calendar month of service and begins on the date of appointment to a permanent position. Increased accruals begin on the first of the month following the month in which the employee qualifies. Accrual for portions of a month shall be in minimum amounts of one (1) hour calculated on the same basis as for partial month compensation pursuant to Section 5.6 of this MOU. Vacation credits may be taken in one (1) minute increments but may not be taken during the first six (6) months of employment (not necessarily synonymous with probationary status) except where sick leave has been exhausted; and none shall be allowed in excess of actual accrual at the time vacation is taken.

  • Tool Allowance (a) A tool allowance as set in the relevant Wage Tables in Appendix A per week shall be paid for all purposes to:- (i) Electrical workers at Grade EW 5 and beyond; (ii) Electrical workers performing the duties of: (A) Television Antenna Installer/Erector; (B) Television/Radio/Electronic Equipment Servicemen; and (iii) Apprentices - Contained within the relevant Apprentice Wage Rates.

  • Training Allowance Operators who are required by the Employer to provide training to a specified level and to certify to the competency of the employees so trained shall receive twelve dollars ($12) per day while training. In such cases, the most senior qualified operator with the capability to provide training in the required class of equipment shall be given the opportunity to provide such training.

  • Meal Allowance A shift worker who works a qualifying shift of eight hours or the rostered shift, whichever is the greater, and who is required to work more than one hour beyond the end of the shift (excluding any break for a meal) shall be paid a meal allowance of $7.95, or, at the option of the employer, be provided with a meal.

  • Compensation; Reimbursement At the closing of each Offering (each, a “Closing”), the Company shall compensate Xxxxxxxxxx as follows:
