SPECIFICATION OF WORKS. 63. All works which Robina is obliged to do by this Agreement must be done to the reasonable specification, reasonable satisfaction and under the supervision of the Engineer and of any other authority or instrumentality having jurisdiction in relation thereto. In the interpretation and application of this clause:—

The Contractor must provide all necessary protection to adjoining buildings, gardens, public and private property, roads and footpaths.   • CORRECTION OF WORK 13.2.1 The Contractor shall be responsible for correcting all Work which the Architect has found to be defective or which fails to conform to the Contract Documents whether observed be- fore or after Substantial Completion and whether or not fabricated, installed or completed. The Contractor shall bear all costs of correcting such rejected Work, including compensation for the Architect's and the State’s additional services made necessary thereby. The Architect, upon a finding of defect or failure to conform, shall immediately notify the State and Contractor, in writing, of the defect. The Contractor shall begin correcting the defective or non-conforming Work within ten (10) days unless the State agrees to a Change Order which reflects the reduction in Contract Sum due to the value of diminishment of the defective or nonconforming Work.

  • Location of Work The Executive shall be based in the United States in West Orange, New Jersey. However, the Executive agrees to undertake whatever domestic and worldwide travel is required by the Company. The Executive shall not be required or permitted to relocate without the mutual, written consent of the Executive and the Company.

  • Completion of Works Buildings will be considered complete on the issue of the City’s Certificate of Occupancy. Other structures will be considered complete on the issue of the Company’s engineers notification of the completion of construction, and by the City’s certification.

  • LAYOUT OF WORK The Contractor shall lay out its Work from base lines and benchmarks indicated on the Drawings, and shall be responsible for verification of all measurements in connection with the layout. The Contractor shall furnish all stakes, templates, platforms, equipment, tools, materials, and labor required to lay out any part of the Work. The Contractor shall also be responsible for maintaining and preserving all stakes and other marks established by Princeton University until authorized to remove them. If such marks are destroyed by the Contractor or through its negligence before their removal is authorized, Princeton University may replace them and deduct the expense of the replacement from any amounts due or to become due to the Contractor. The Contractor shall provide the professional and technical staff necessary to perform the ((IT) IV&V services required by this Contract, and the staff shall have sufficient skill and experience to perform the services assigned to them. All of the (IT) IV&V services to be furnished by the Contractor under the Contract shall meet the professional standard and quality that prevail among IT professionals in the same discipline and of similar knowledge and skill engaged in related work under the same or similar circumstances. The Contractor shall maintain during the term of the Contract all licenses, permits, qualifications, insurance, and approvals of whatever nature that are legally required to perform the (IT) IV&V services.

  • EXECUTION OF WORKS 40.1 The work execution will be carried out based on the documents as listed below.

  • Rejection of Work Using the Notice of Non-Conforming Work procedures outlined in the General Conditions, the Design Professional shall reject work that does not comply with the requirements of the Contract Documents or that does not comply with the applicable laws and codes. The Design Professional shall have authority to order testing of the Work, as is provided in the Contract Documents or as otherwise required in its judgment, whether such work is fabricated, installed, or completed.
