Site Safety, Security. Developer shall be responsible for Project Site safety and security, with respect to Developer’s construction of the Project.

Site Safety, Security. Contractor acknowledges that the sites at which the Services are to be performed (“Sites”) are emergency communication sites containing equipment critical to the ability of emergency responders to communicate and provide emergency services in the County and the surrounding area. Contractor further acknowledges that the Services to be performed are inherently dangerous and may pose substantial risks including but not limited to severe bodily injury, death, property damage or other harm to persons or property. As such, Contractor acknowledges that Site safety and security are of paramount concern and hereby agrees to adhere at all times to County and/or Site Owner policies and procedures related to Site access, safety and security. Contractor shall further be solely responsible for the safety of its employees and agents, if any, on and around the Sites including without limitation compliance with all applicable laws and regulations with regard to the means, methods, techniques, sequences and procedures and for coordinating all portions of the performance Services. At a minimum, Contractor shall:
Site Safety, Security. The Contractor shall take all reasonable means to ensure that the site remains safe and secure at all times. Vandalism, including damage to any wet concrete, up to Practical Completion date shall remain the responsibility of the Tenderer to make good at the contractors expense.

  • Safety; Security Contractor’s failure to comply with any of the requirements in this Section shall be cause for termination.

  • Site Safety Buyer shall comply with all federal, provincial, and local safety regulations and standards applicable to the Site and to the Equipment on which Siemens will perform the Services. Siemens shall not be obligated to commence or perform Services unless Buyer’s Site complies with all applicable safety requirements. In the event Buyer’s Site safety is non- compliant, Siemens may suspend the Services until such time as Buyer corrects the non-compliance. To the extent Siemens incurs additional time and expense as the result of Buyer’s non-compliance, Siemens shall be entitled to an equitable adjustment in the schedule, price and other affected provisions of the Agreement.

  • HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT 41.1 In the performance of this Contract, Contractor and Operator shall conduct Petroleum Operations with due regard to health, safety and the protection of the environment (“HSE”) and the conservation of natural resources, and shall in particular:

  • Safety Shoes 3901 Employees who are required to wear steel-toed safety shoes will receive $200 toward the purchase and/or replacement of these shoes in the first quarter of each year. Any employee out on an authorized leave shall receive payment within thirty days of their return to paid duty. New employees who are required to wear steel- toed safety shoes will receive $200 toward the purchase of shoes in their first paycheck; for employees hired on or after December 1, he/she shall not receive an additional $200 in the first quarter.
