Spending Limit. Prior to activating your Account, Xxxxxx may establish a Spending Limit, and where desired, Card limits. Jeeves may also establish limitations on the types of merchants with whom Users may enter into Card Transactions, or other authorization controls as the Issuer Platform permits. We may establish and adjust the Spending Limit or Card limit for your Account, Cards or Charges at our sole discretion at any time. Charges will reduce the total Spending Limit and any Charges in excess of the Spending Limit will be declined. We may restrict the maximum amount of any particular Charge and the number of Charges allowed for your Account or Cards, or both. c.

Spending Limit. We may impose a Spending Limit on all Point of Sale (whether effected via signature and/or PIN) transactions. Different spending limits may apply for Card based transactions or PIN based transactions. We reserve the right to change the Spending Limit without prior consent from you but we will give you prior notice if we do so. Please check with the Bank whether your card comes with a Spending Limit.
Spending Limit. We may set a Spending Limit in relation to your Debit Card Account and Credit Card Account, which we may vary without notice. The Spending Limit will apply to all Point of Sale (whether effected via signature and/or PIN) and/or Card-Not-Present (including internet purchases, mail/telephone orders) transactions. We may set different Spending Limits for signature-based Debit Transactions, Credit Transactions, PIN-based Debit Transactions and Card-Not-Present Transactions.
Spending Limit. A telecommunications operator or a customer may set a reasonable spending limit in euros for a telephone subscription in accordance with the telecommunications operator’s service offering. The spending limit can be set free of charge. When the telecommunications operator learns that the spending limit has been exceeded, it notifies the user of this for instance by text message and gives instructions on how the user can prevent the use of its subscription from being restricted. After this, the telecommunications operator will restrict the use of the subscription. The customer is liable for all costs exceeding the spending limit until the telecommunications operator restricts the use of the subscription. However, the customer may be discharged from the liability pursuant to Section 4.3 (Unlawful use of a communications service). More detailed information on the spending limit is included in the service-specific terms and conditions of the telecommunications operator.
Spending Limit. We may impose a limit on the Card at any time with or without notice to you, based on our reasonable assessment of the credit risks associated with your Card Account, including but not limited to your account status, payment records and information available to us from credit reference agencies.

Where the Spending Limit is to apply to transaction made in both Singapore Dollar and foreign currency, the available Spending Limit shall be at the Singapore Dollar equivalent to that Singapore Dollar and foreign currency at the prevailing exchange rate on the day the spending in foreign currency is made.
Spending Limit. At grant start, grantees are authorized to spend 50% of granted funds. Grantees cannot spend more than 50% of the grant without approval by Commerce. Commerce will release the second 50% of funds after review of performance, or review of sample household files, and (if necessary) implementation of corrective action to meet performance and documentation requirements. Commerce will provide a list of statewide organizations that we know of and it is incumbent on the grantee to identify By and For service providers that can best support their community members in accessing assistance. Grantees must make a reasonable effort to sub grant with By and For organizations. If a grantee is not able to execute a sub agreement, they may ask Commerce for an exemption from this requirement. Office of Homeless Youth Grantees are not subject to this requirement. Spending Limit. 1. Subscriber may opt to set a Spending Limit which represents his/her cap which will enable Subscriber to manage his/her usage within a billing cycle. If Subscriber exceeds his/her Spending Limit, Service Provider may require payment even before the end of Subscriber’s billing cycle or Service Provider may notify Subscriber through any of the latter’s contact details/numbers. Notwithstanding non-receipt of any notification, Subscriber may request, at any time, details about his/her unbilled charges by calling Service Provider’s Customer Service Hotline at (+000 0000000), by visiting any of Service Provider’s Globe Stores nearest him/her, or by consulting his/her account manager. For Globe Postpaid, Subscriber may also inquire about his/her unbilled charges through any of Service Provider’s communication channels. Failure on Subscriber’s part to inquire about his/her unbilled charges for whatever reason does not absolve him/her from liability in settling his/her outstanding balance in excess of his/her Spending Limit. Further, Service Provider may bar, suspend or temporarily disconnect the Service as soon as Subscriber exceeds his/her Spending Limit, or when otherwise warranted by abnormal usage patterns or other circumstances, without need of prior notice and liability on Service Provider’s part. Subscriber shall pay for all usage whether within or in excess of his/her Spending Limit in order to continuously avail of the Service.
Spending Limit. 14.1 We reserve the right to impose spending limits on your Services based on your usage, spending and/or bill settlement habits, as we deem reasonable. We advise you to regularly check and manage your usage to avoid bill shock.
