Face Masks. For security reasons all face masks are prohibited unless medically required. If a mask is medically required, members/non-members, contractors and staff, will be asked to temporarily remove it before assistance may be provided and completing a transaction for proper identification. If you feel you cannot remove you mask temporarily for identification in the branch you may use the Credit Union’s Drive-Thru as an alternative. We will also consider any requests for special appointments where your identity can be verified before entering Credit Union property.

Face Masks i. The District shall make available disposable surgical masks to staff to wear while on school grounds if they have forgotten a mask. District shall provide reusable cloth face masks to staff. ii. Unit members caring for individuals who present COVID-19 like symptoms and are in an isolation space pending travel home shall be provided N95 respirators that are fit tested, if N95s are available to purchase in the community; otherwise, surgical masks, face xxxxxxx, and other PPE shall be provided. 1. Whether or not a surgical mask or N95 is worn, a face shield shall be provided as additional protection for occasions when the unit member is in close proximity to a symptomatic individual, in order to protect their eyes and other parts of the face. iii. All adults and students 2 years of age and older must wear face masks over both their nose and mouth at all times on campus. A face mask should only be removed for meals, snacks, when it needs to be replaced, or other outdoor mask breaks. 1. The District shall make every effort to arrange for meals to be consumed outdoors, weather permitting. 2. There may be circumstances where a student with a disability may need a mask accommodation in order to participate onsite. The goal of this process is to ensure that the unique needs of students are considered as accommodations are identified and determined. Sites will engage in the reasonable accommodation process. Where indicated, utilization of outdoor spaces and/or additional PPE may be provided to unit members. a. The District shall provide the ISHP template for mask accommodations that include potential additional safety mitigations (Appendix C) for indoor settings where a student has received a mask accommodation. 3. In accordance with CDPH guidelines, staff who are unable to wear masks shall engage in the reasonable accommodations process as outlined by the District’s Human Resources Division. 4. The Infant & Toddler program and TRACE may meet in public, non-District premises, such as local public parks. When appropriate to meet health and safety protocols, outdoor learning settings on District premises will be coordinated by the site administrator and set up by the District when equipment is needed. a. Face Masks. Face masks are required by all employees and all students at all times except during specially designated mask breaks, including meal breaks. The parties will negotiate the protocols for mask and meal breaks. In the event of face mask noncompliance, after reasonable interventions from classroom teachers, administrators will follow protocols in enforcing appropriate mask guidelines. 37. JOINT LABOR-MANAGEMENT COVID-19 HEALTH AND SAFETY COMMITTEE. The parties are committed to creating the safest possible work and learning conditions for students and staff. Toward that end, the parties agree to immediately establish a joint labor-management COVID-19 Health and Safety Committee, which shall be comprised of no less than three (3) and no more than five (5) UTL members selected by the UTL president and no less than three (3) and no more than five (5) LPS employees selected by the Superintendent. The committee shall meet weekly to assess health and safety conditions and address other concerns or issues, including but not limited to reviewing and assessing public health data, accessibility of COVID-19 testing, building/classroom inspections, indoor air quality and circulation, student/staff access to PPE, and compliance with health and safety protocols (e.g., mask wearing, movement through the buildings, etc.). Face Masks. Coverings: Bargaining unit members will be required to wear face masks/coverings when in occupied interior work site spaces and any other time indicated in the Guidance Protocols in Appendix C. Bargaining unit members are to ensure the face mask covers the nose and mouth. The District will provide face masks and individuals may bring their own. Face masks must be free of any sayings, markings or drawings that are political or may be deemed inappropriate. Failure to appropriately wear a face mask or covering may be grounds for discipline.
Face Masks. All participants must wear face covering to the extent feasible, except when eating. Children 2 years or younger should not wear face coverings and must have adult supervision. Preferred, single serving size portions per person in separate containers. If not, and you are sharing or serving food from a single container, like salad dressings and condiments, birthday cakes/pies, or tending a bar-b-q and dishing up bar-b-q-ed items, casseroles, salads, cutting meats, etc.: one person dishes up/handles utensils, and sanitizes hands and utensils after serving. These conditions/restrictions/orders are legal orders issued under the authority of California law. You are required to comply, and it is a crime (a misdemeanor with up to $1,000 in fines or six months imprisonment) not to follow the Orders (although the intent is not for anyone to get into trouble).
