Staff Recall. 21.9.1 Staff employees shall remain on the recall list for six months from date of layoff. Recall shall occur in reverse order of layoff, provided the employee has the minimum qualifications to perform the duties of the vacant position. Term employees are not entitled to be recalled to continuing positions.
