STAFF RELATIONS COMMITTEE. 13.1 The Bargaining Unit President shall be a member of the Staff Relations Committee that has been established between the Board and O.S.S.T.F., District 21 Bargaining Units and shall meet at a mutually agreed upon time, at least once every two (2) months to discuss concerns, interpretation of rules and such other matters as it deems necessary. 13.2 The Committee is not designed to by-pass or eliminate any of the rights of grievance as granted under this Agreement, but is designed to provide another avenue for mutual discussion of problems that may arise in the operations of the Board’s schools and work locations. 13.3 A Bargaining Unit staff relations committee, consisting of up to three (3) Members of the Bargaining Unit, appointed by the Bargaining Unit, shall meet with up to three (3) members of the Board, to discuss issues pertaining only to this Bargaining Unit. STAFF RELATIONS COMMITTEE. 4.01 The Staff Relations Committee shall consist of up to two (2) representatives from the Bargaining Unit and up to two (2) representatives from management. Its purpose will be to consider matters of mutual interest. This committee shall meet as scheduled, or within ten (10) working days of the request of either party. At the request of either party, an additional OSSTF representative may attend.
STAFF RELATIONS COMMITTEE. The Staff Relations Committee (SRC) is a standing committee whose purpose is to facilitate open dialogue on an ongoing basis between Brescia Administration and the Staff Association, as well as to maintain mutual cooperation and respect. The SRC is responsible for discussing interpretation of the Terms and Conditions of Employment and other issues of common concern to both the Employer and the Staff Association. The activities of the SRC shall be governed by the committee’s Terms of Reference (See Appendix C for the SRC Terms of Reference).

STAFF RELATIONS COMMITTEE. 22.01 The Employer and the Union agree to establish and to maintain a staff relations committee. 22.02 The Staff Relations committee is composed of a maximum of three (3) representatives of the Employer and a maximum of three (3) representative appointed by the Union at the latest within thirty (30) working days from the signing of the present collective agreement. By mutual consent between the parties, the Committee may decide to invite persons when appropriate. 22.03 The Committee is a place for consultation where grievances will be studied and discussed along with any other question concerning working conditions or relations between the Employer on one hand and the employees and the Union, on the other hand. 22.04 The Committee will meet by mutual consent as often as necessary, and at least four (4) times per year. No party will refuse to meet with the other party without a valid reason.
STAFF RELATIONS COMMITTEE. 12.01 There shall be a Staff Relations Committee consisting of up to three (3) members appointed by the University and up to three (3) members appointed by the Bargaining Unit. 12.02 The committee shall meet as required at the request of either Party to discuss matters of common concern. A meeting shall be convened within five (5) working days of a request by either Party, unless otherwise agreed. 12.03 Meetings of the Committee shall take place at times mutually agreeable to the Parties and shall be considered time worked for the Bargaining Unit members of the Committee. It is understood that no additional compensation will be provided to members attending Staff Relations Committee meetings.
