CONTRACTOR shall have as Head of Service a licensed mental health professional, in conformance to one of the following staff categories: Psychiatrist, Licensed Psychologist, LCSW, LPCC, Licensed MFT, RN, LVN, or LPT. C. CONTRACTOR shall include bilingual/bicultural services to meet the needs of threshold languages as determined by COUNTY. Whenever possible, bilingual/bicultural staff should be retained. Any clinical vacancies occurring at a time when bilingual and bicultural composition of the clinical staffing does not meet the above requirement must be filled with bilingual and bicultural staff unless ADMINISTRATOR consents, in advance and in writing, to the filling of those positions with non-bilingual staff. Salary savings resulting from such vacant positions may not be used to cover costs other than salaries and employees benefits unless otherwise authorized in writing, in advance, by ADMINISTRATOR. D. CONTRACTOR shall maintain personnel files for each staff person, including management and other administrative positions, both direct and indirect which shall include, but not be limited to, an application for employment, qualifications for the position, applicable licenses, waivers, registrations, documentation of bicultural/bilingual capabilities (if applicable), pay rate and evaluations justifying pay increases. E. CONTRACTOR shall make its best effort to provide services pursuant to the Contract in a manner that is culturally and linguistically appropriate for the population(s) served. CONTRACTOR shall maintain documents of such efforts which may include; but not be limited to: records of participation in COUNTY-sponsored or other applicable training; recruitment and hiring P&Ps; copies
STAFFING A. General‌ All RPH/SCHD employees are designated as public health responders and can be called upon to fulfill response functions during an incident. The role assigned to any RPH/SCHD employee in an incident is dependent upon the nature of the incident and the availability of staff to respond. With approval by RPH/SCHD Health Commissioners, staff may be asked to work outside of business hours or for periods of time longer than a standard work day. Staff rosters are maintained by the Human Resources Director.

  • Staffing There shall be a clinician employed by the outside contractor for EAP Services who will be on-site a minimum of 20 hours a week. The clinician shall report directly to the outside contractor, Peer Assistance Oversight Committee and the MIF liaison. There shall be three full-time Peer Assistants reporting to the outside contractor.

  • Staffing Plan 8.l The Board and the Association agree that optimum class size is an important aspect of the effective educational program. The Polk County School Staffing Plan shall be constructed each year according to the procedures set forth in Board Policy and, upon adoption, shall become Board Policy.

  • Project Staffing Prior to the start of any work under this Agreement, Consultant must submit to City detailed resumes of key personnel that will be involved in performing services prescribed in the Agreement. City hereby acknowledges its acceptance of such personnel to perform services under this Agreement. At any time hereafter that Consultant desires to change key personnel while performing under the Agreement, Consultant must submit the qualifications of the new personnel to City for prior approval. Key personnel include, but are not limited to, principals-in-charge, project manager, and project Consultant. Consultant will maintain an adequate and competent staff of qualified persons, as may be determined by City, throughout the performance of this Agreement to ensure acceptable and timely completion of the Scope of Services. If City objects, with reasonable cause, to any of Consultant’s staff, Consultant must take prompt corrective action acceptable to City and, if required, remove such personnel from the Project and replace with new personnel agreed to by City.

  • Configuration Management The Contractor shall maintain a configuration management program, which shall provide for the administrative and functional systems necessary for configuration identification, control, status accounting and reporting, to ensure configuration identity with the UCEU and associated cables produced by the Contractor. The Contractor shall maintain a Contractor approved Configuration Management Plan that complies with ANSI/EIA-649 2011. Notwithstanding ANSI/EIA-649 2011, the Contractor’s configuration management program shall comply with the VLS Configuration Management Plans, TL130-AD-PLN-010-VLS, and shall comply with the following:

  • Minimum Staffing The Employer agrees to employ sufficient registered staff and health care aides/ Personal Support Workers to meet the staffing needs that may be set from time to time by statute and/or regulation. In the event that there is insufficient staffing to meet this undertaking, the Employer will post vacancies so that any unmet care undertaking will be satisfied.

  • Project Management Plan 6.4.1 Developer is responsible for all quality assurance and quality control activities necessary to manage the Work. Developer shall undertake all aspects of quality assurance and quality control for the Project and Work in accordance with the approved Project Management Plan and Good Industry Practice.

  • New Teacher Orientation The Association shall have the opportunity to participate in the opening in-service day including speakers for the sole purpose of greeting new faculty members and informing them of the opportunities available to them through joining their professional association.

  • Medical Exams 18.1: The Sheriff's Department may require a physical and/or psychological exam by a doctor, at the Employer's expense, to determine the employee's ability to perform his/her regular duties, if deemed appropriate. The employee may obtain a second opinion, at the employee's expense, and in the event there is a dispute between the Employer's doctor and the employee's doctor, both of these doctors shall select a third doctor, whose decision shall be final and binding on the parties. The expense for the third doctor's opinion shall be split 50-50 by the Employer and the employee if not covered by the employee's insurance.

  • Orthodontics We Cover orthodontics used to help restore oral structures to health and function and to treat serious medical conditions such as: cleft palate and cleft lip; maxillary/mandibular micrognathia (underdeveloped upper or lower jaw); extreme mandibular prognathism; severe asymmetry (craniofacial anomalies); ankylosis of the temporomandibular joint; and other significant skeletal dysplasias. Procedures include but are not limited to: • Rapid Palatal Expansion (RPE); • Placement of component parts (e.g. brackets, bands); • Interceptive orthodontic treatment; • Comprehensive orthodontic treatment (during which orthodontic appliances are placed for active treatment and periodically adjusted); • Removable appliance therapy; and • Orthodontic retention (removal of appliances, construction and placement of retainers).
