Statement of Cooperation. The Board and the Federation agree that they will use their best efforts to encourage the prompt and orderly settlement of disputes which may arise under the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Statement of Cooperation. Local National Weather Service (NWS) offices have the authority to produce warnings for hazardous weather conditions. Local officials have the authority to implement policies to protect the public, including local implementation of NWS warnings. The legislative mandate of the Oklahoma Climatological Survey (the Oklahoma Mesonet’s operational home) includes the dissemination of weather and climate data of benefit to decision makers, including both the NWS and local officials. In order to fulfill these respective missions to protect the public, a philosophy to maintain cooperation and communication between the NWS, the Oklahoma Mesonet, and local officials is necessary. Oklahoma Mesonet staff reserve the right to intervene in situations when cooperation between NWS and local officials is violated, including, but not limited, to revocation of OK0First certification and data access.
Statement of Cooperation. 10. When a death is deemed preventable, both counties agree to build-in sufficient meeting time in order to discuss and identify a best practice prevention recommendation and/or initiative to reduce preventable deaths in Referral County.

Lansing Community College (LCC) and Western Michigan University (WMU) wish to facilitate the transfer of LCC students to the Western Michigan University Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education program. Western Michigan University is accredited by the Higher Xxxxxxx Commissions, a subcommittee of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools and its education program is accredited by the National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education. Lansing Community College (“LCC”) and Olivet College (“Olivet”) agree that students who choose to begin their Insurance and Risk Management studies at LCC and transfer to Olivet to earn a bachelor’s degree in Insurance and Risk Management should be provided with a smooth curriculum transition that minimizeslossof creditand duplicationof coursework. Therefore,LCCand Olivet agree to enterinto this Articulation Agreement (“Agreement”) as cooperating educational institutions and will maintain the integrity of their separate programs. Through this agreement, the colleges will endeavor to: • Collaborate, via faculty, administrators, and staff at both colleges toward the goal of facilitating the implementation of this articulation agreement; • Develop jointmaterialsto marketanddefineprogrampathwaysleadingtotheobtainmentofa Bachelorof Arts degree in Insurance and Risk Management through Olivet College; • Promote student academic preparation and transfer planning at Lansing Community College and assist students in their transfer to Olivet College; and • Support and promote the value and benefit of the combination of a Lansing Community College- Olivet College experience leadingtoan Associate of Business degree via the Insurance and Risk Management A.B. Pathway at Lansing Community College and obtainment of a Bachelor of Arts degree in Insurance and Risk Management at Olivet College. This articulation agreement does not any affect other agreements between Lansing Community College and Olivet College.
