STEPS FOR GRIEVANCE PROCESSING. The following are the steps for the processing of a grievance:
Step 1 The employee shall file his or her grievance in writing with the employee's immediate supervisor or designee within fourteen (14) days of the initial event giving rise to the grievance. The employee's immediate supervisor or designee shall confer with the employee, and a representative of the Association should the employee so wish, in an attempt to resolve the grievance within seven (7) days of the receipt of the grievance. STEPS FOR GRIEVANCE PROCESSING. The aggrieved employee shall present his grievance to his Division Manager within ten (10) calendar days after he had knowledge of his grievance.
