Steps Within Procedure. Step 1: Within ten (10) work days after the first occurrence, or within ten (10) work days after the grievant knows or should have known of the conditions causing the grievance, the grievant and/or the Union shall orally present the grievance to the immediate supervisor. The immediate supervisor shall provide an oral response within ten (10) work days after such presentation.

  • Civil Fines Pursuant to Health & Safety Code §25249.7(b), and in settlement of all claims alleged in the notice, the Settling Entity agrees to pay a total of $1,600 in civil fines.
