Student User Agreement. As a user of the Kalama School District computer network, I agree to comply with the expectations outlined above. Violation of any of the above items could result in a loss of access as well as disciplinary action. All students are provided with access to district computer resources with this signed form on file in the school office. Unless otherwise requested, permission for your student to use the internet and district privileges to use your student’s picture and intellectual property will be granted for an indefinite period of time (but limited to the current school year). If you wish to make changes to the permissions you have granted, please contact the school immediately. Kalama School District has safeguards in place to prevent offensive materials from being accessible through our district computer network, but nothing is 100% effective. Therefore, you will accept responsibility for discussing appropriate use of the internet and the district network with your student.

I also understand that additional rules and regulations may be added from time to time, and that they become part of this agreement.
