Sub-factor 1c - Contract Administration and Management. The Offeror shall:  Addresses how the Offeror will centrally manage its staff to support the NW program and tasks as outlined in the PWS, to include the Offeror’s approach to respond to workload fluctuations independent of the level of effort (XXX) provided in this solicitation. At a minimum, the management structure must include a Technical Director as listed in Solicitation Attachment 1 (XXX Spreadsheet).  Provide approach to recruit, retain, and replace personnel with the requisite/specialized skill sets, knowledge, education, certifications, security clearances, and expertise necessary to support the PWS. Describe ability to minimize turnover. Describe approach to ensure personnel meet minimum qualifications before hiring.  Provide resumes for key personnel identified in Section 2.5 of the PWS. The minimum qualifications for the key personnel are provided in PWS Table 1 (Education and Experience Levels) and PWS Table 2 (Labor Category Description). Resumes shall be no more than three (3) total pages, single-sided. Resumes shall provide experience, duties and responsibilities that were held in previous positions that are relevant to the PWS. Any replacement staff for key personnel through the life of the contract shall have equal or better experience than what was proposed by the Offeror.  Provide plan to manage the contract and methodology for ensuring that cost (including material purchases), schedule, and performance is controlled, reported, and managed to the Government’s PWS requirements. The plan shall include how the Offeror will manage subcontractors. The plan shall identify work assignments for all subcontractors; the approach to ensure the quality of subcontractor services, to include identification of contingency capabilities in the event the sub-contractor fails to meet its obligations; and the process for the selection of subcontractors based on performance, quality, cost/price and size status.

  • Contract Administration The Delegate shall cause that the foreign custody arrangements with an Eligible Foreign Custodian shall be governed by a written contract that the Delegate has determined will provide reasonable care for Fund assets based on the standards applicable to custodians in the relevant market. Each such contract shall, except as set forth in the last paragraph of this subsection (b), include provisions that provide:

  • Settlement Administration The Settlement Administrator will conduct a skip trace for the address of all former employee Class Members. The Settlement Administrator will mail the Notice by first class U.S. mail to all Class Members at the address Defendants have on file for those Class Members and to all former employee Class Members at the address resulting from the skip trace. The Notice will inform Class Members that they have until the Response Deadline to either object to the Settlement or to opt-out of the Settlement. Any Class Member who does not receive Notice after the steps outlined above have been taken will still be bound by the Settlement and/or judgment.

  • STATEWIDE CONTRACT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM If the maximum amount payable to Contractor under this Contract is $100,000 or greater, either on the Effective Date or at any time thereafter, this section shall apply. Contractor agrees to be governed by and comply with the provisions of §§00-000-000, 00-000-000, 00-000-000, and 00- 000-000, C.R.S. regarding the monitoring of vendor performance and the reporting of contract information in the State’s contract management system (“Contract Management System” or “CMS”). Contractor’s performance shall be subject to evaluation and review in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Contract, Colorado statutes governing CMS, and State Fiscal Rules and State Controller policies.

  • Project Administration Designation Pursuant to Paragraph (B) of Rule 164-1-21 of the Administrative Code, the Recipient shall designate its Chief Executive Officer, Chief Fiscal Officer and Project Manager in Appendix B of this Agreement. Changes in these designations must be made in writing.

  • Construction Administration Services The Engineer shall perform construction administration services during construction as necessary. Such services shall, as part of the services to be rendered for the Engineer's established fee, include as much of the Engineer's professional services and the services of the Engineer's consultants as the State deems necessary for the well-being of the project and efficient prosecution of the construction work, but shall not include the Engineer's undertaking continuous on-site observation of the work. If the Engineer fails to perform such duties in a conscientious and reasonable manner, the State may exercise its right to terminate this contract as hereinafter provided in Section T. Additionally, it is understood and agreed to by the Engineer and the State that the duties of the Engineer shall include, but not be limited to, the following services:

  • WAGE ADMINISTRATION The rules governing salary treatment further to a revision or reclassification shall be the following: • if the occupation is downgraded the employee will benefit from wage protection (for clarity, the employee’s rate of pay prior to the downgrade) for the duration of the Collective Agreement and will be entitled annually to a $750.00 lump sum in lieu of a bargained increase as described in Attachment C of the Collective Agreement until the top salary rate for her salary group exceeds her current rate. • if the occupation is upgraded the pay adjustment will be effective from the date of the request.

  • GENERAL ADMINISTRATION AND MANAGEMENT The City Manager of the City, or designee, shall be the City’s representative, and shall oversee and approve all services to be performed, coordinate all communications, and review and approve all invoices, under this Agreement.
