Meetings and Conferences From time to time the Government may require attendance at Government conferences and meetings at no additional cost to the Government.
SPECIAL CONFERENCES A. Special conferences for important matters will be arranged between the Union President and the Employer or its designated representative upon the request of either party. Such meetings shall be between at least two representatives of the Union and two representatives of management. Arrangements for such special conferences shall be made in advance and an agenda of the matters to be taken up at the meeting shall be presented at the time the conference is requested.
