Supply Period. (a) The supply of Power under this Agreement shall (i) commence on the Supply Period Commencement Date and (ii) cease on the Supply Termination Date (the Supply Period). (b) The date of commencement of the Supply Period shall be the earlier of (i) [duration determined by the Parties] after the beginning of the Testing Period, provided that the condition specified in Clause 2.2(a)(ii) is still fulfilled and (ii) the date notified by the Producer to the Buyer (the Supply Period Commencement Date). Such notice shall be served by email with return receipt or registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, substantially in the form attached in Annex°2 thereto, at least [duration to be determined by the Parties] Business Days prior to the Supply Period Commencement Date. The Parties agree that the Supply Period Commencement Date shall be the first day of the month following the date on which the aforementioned notice is served. (c) The Supply Period shall cease on the date provided for in Clause 2.5 or on the date on which this Agreement is terminated pursuant to Clause 13 (the Supply Termination Date).

Supply Period. (a) Subject to paragraph (d) au-dessous, the supply of Power under this Agreement shall (i) commence on the Supply Period Commencement Date and (ii) cease on the Supply Termination Date (the Supply Period). (d) The Buyer may suspend the Supply Period, meaning that no power shall be injected into the grid by the Producer and conversely the Buyer shall not be bound by any obligations under this Agreement, in the following events (each, a Supply Period Suspension Event) and, in each case, for as long as the relevant Supply Period Suspension Event lasts: (i) the power generated by the Wind Farm is fed into the balancing group of a Balance Responsible Entity not approved by the Buyer (it being specified that under no circumstances should the Producer be entitled to remove the Wind Farm from the Balancing Group otherwise than in accordance with the provisions of Clause 7.5(f)); or (ii) the Wind Farm has been de-registered from the Balancing Group for any reason which is not attributable to the Buyer (such as a termination of the CARD or the CART (as applicable) pursuant to the provisions of paragraph 1 of article C.8.3.4 of the Balance Responsible Entity Regulations)
Supply Period. (a) The Supply Period for a Site commences on: (i) if the Buyer is an existing customer of Change Energy, the start of the next Billing Period immediately after the Contract Start Date; (ii) if the Buyer is not an existing customer of Change Energy, the last to occur of the following, as applicable: A. the date the Meter for the Site is energised; B. the date the Meter for the site is replaced or reconfigured; and C. the date the transfer request transferring the Site from another electricity retailer to Change Energy becomes effective. (b) Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Parties, Change Energy may terminate this Agreement if, by the date which is 30 days after the Contract Start Date, no Supply Period for any Site has commenced under clause 1.5(a). (c) This Agreement ends on the Contract End Date, unless terminated earlier in accordance with this Agreement.
Supply Period. Where Deliverables are Services and those Services are to be provided to the Customer over the Supply Period specified in the Customer Order, the Contractor must provide the Services during that Supply Period at the Delivery Point.
Supply Period. ‌ (a) If the contract has a supply period, this is the period (starting on the supply start date) during which we are obliged to sell you energy under this contract. You may also be liable to pay us an early termination fee if you end the contract before the end of this period. (b) The end of the supply period does not, of itself, automatically end the contract. There may be a new supply period (see clause 4.7), and you still be liable to pay for energy taken after that period (see clause 4.8).
Supply Period. This Agreement shall be effective as of the Effective Date. The initial supply term of this Agreement shall commence on the date the Facility is installed and "ready for commercial operation" (the "Commencement Date"), and shall continue for 246 consecutive calendar months (the "Initial Term") provided that if Buyer begins taking hydrogen after 6 October 2000 but before 6 December 2000, the Initial Term shall be reduced by six (6) Days for each Day after 6 October 2000 but before 6 December 2000 that Buyer has begun taking hydrogen. Thereafter, this Agreement shall remain in force from year to year unless terminated in accordance with Article 17. The Initial Term, together with any extensions, shall be referred to as the "Supply Period". Written notice of the Commencement Date shall be furnished to Buyer by Seller. For purposes of this Agreement, "ready for commercial operation" shall mean that hydrogen is available for supply to Buyer from the Facility at substantially the quantities and specifications set forth herein. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement or the Letter Agreement described below, any activities or obligations related to the Facility will be conducted under and in accordance with the Letter Agreement dated 7 July 1998 (as amended) between Seller and Xxxxx (including the obligation to pay termination payments and cancellation charges) and the Interim Lease until such time as Port Xxxxxx completes financial closing under the Financing Documents, which will occur on or before 15 August 1999. In the event financial closing does not occur as described, the provisions of the Letter Agreement shall continue to apply notwithstanding anything in the Letter Agreement to the contrary. Buyer shall provide written notice of financial closing to Seller. Upon such notice to Seller, the terms and conditions in this Agreement shall take effect (other than the last four sentences in this Section 2.1 which take effect now).
Supply Period. Where the Deliverables are Services, the Contractor agrees to provide the Services to the Customer during the period specified in Item 6 of the Table (“Supply Period”) and the Customer Agreement shall operate during the Supply Period including any extensions of the Customer Agreement, unless it is terminated earlier in accordance with the provisions of the Agreement or the Customer Agreement formed by this CO.

Supply Period. The period commencing on the Start Date and finishing on the Expiry Date.
Supply Period. The supply period shall begin on the Effective Date and shall continue until the date that is ten (10) years thereafter (the “Initial Supply Period”). After the Initial Supply Period, this Supply Period shall continue for successive two (2)-year periods (each, a “Renewal Supply Period”) unless either Party provides six (6) months’ prior written notice of termination in accordance with this Agreement. The Initial Supply Period, together with any Renewal Supply Periods shall be known herein as the “Supply Period.”
Supply Period. 4.1 The Main Supply Period will commence on the date: 4.1.1 the Quotation is accepted by the Purchaser (by that party signing the Quotation); and 4.1.2 the agreed down payment in accordance with the Quotation has been received in full by Food Automation. 4.2 Subject to clauses 4.3 and 4.5, the Purchaser is to have taken delivery of all the Goods by the Main Supply End Date (and that date is considered the Main Supply End Date). The Purchaser acknowledges that the indicative supply end date as expressed on the Quotation cannot be considered as final given Food Automation cannot control shipment and courier times and dates. 4.3 If for reasons beyond the Purchaser’s reasonable control, it cannot take delivery of all units which comprise the Goods by the Main Supply End Date, subject to clause 4.4, on written request from the Purchaser, Food Automation may agree to extend the Main Supply Period. That extended period, referred to as the Deferred Supply Period, will commence from the Main Supply End Date and will terminate on the Deferred Supply End Date namely the date set out in the Quotation. 4.4 Despite clause 4.3, by not later than the Main Supply End Date, the Purchaser must have taken delivery of not less than 75% of the quantities of each line of the Goods specified in the Quotation. 4.5 If the Purchaser has not taken delivery of all of the Goods by not less than 14 days prior to the Deferred Supply End Date, Food Automation shall be entitled to deliver to the Purchaser all outstanding quantities of the Goods by the Deferred Supply End Date and the Purchaser will be obliged to pay for the same in accordance with this Agreement.
