SUPPORT SERVICES; ESCROW. 10.1 Licensor shall provide “Support Services” during the “Support Services Term,” each as set forth in the applicable Schedule. At any time prior to expiration of the then-current Support Services Term, Company may, at its sole discretion, elect to renew the Support Services Term for a twelve (12) month period by providing written notice to Licensor (the “Renewal Notice”). Licensor covenants to promptly respond to any such Renewal Notice with the Support Services Fees for such renewal Support Services Term, provided that in no event shall the Support Services Fees for any such renewal Support Services Term increase by more than three percent (3%) of the Support Services Fees for the previous Support Services Term, and to promptly execute a Schedule for any such renewal Support Services Term at such renewal Support Services Fees.

First-level telephone support will be available on a 7-day/24-hour basis. VNDS will provide a web-based customer service capability in the future and such web-based support will become the primary method of customer service support to Registrar at such time.
