Suspension/Termination of Service. If your account is a delinquent state, on or around the 3rd of each month, you will receive a call reminding you that your xxxx is past due. One day after this notification call, we will send out written notification stating that your account has an outstanding balance and it must be paid in full. Approximately 7 days after written notification is sent, if your outstanding balance has not been paid, your services will be suspended. Approximately 10 days after suspension of your Service, if your outstanding account balance has not been paid in full, your account will be terminated. Approximately 31 days after suspension, if the suspended account has not been paid in full, your account information will be sent to a collection agency.
Suspension/Termination of Service. Viasat will continue to support 911 service in the event that your Internet Service is temporarily suspended (e.g. a short- term payment delinquency on an account); however, the disconnection of your Service by Viasat will result in the termination of all aspects of the Voice Service, including, without limitation, 911 service. If you have a CAF-II Voice plan and reside in the state of Pennsylvania, your 911 services will remain available for five days after termination of your Voice Service.
Suspension/Termination of Service. In addition to its other rights and remedies provided for herein and pursuant to applicable law, American Express may, in its sole discretion, modify, suspend or terminate provision of the Service and/or any action on your account and modify, suspend or terminate any or all of its obligations hereunder if you or any of your Users fail to perform any obligation or violate any term under this Addendum. For purposes of clarity, and notwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth herein, American Express may (i) terminate this Addendum and your access to the Service immediately upon written notice in the event of any breach by Company or its Users of Section 2.9.4 or 2.9.5, or if your or your Users’ use of the Service would cause American Express to violate or not be in compliance with any applicable law and (ii) suspend any payment to a Supplier requested by any User if American Express, in its sole discretion, reasonably believes that such Supplier may (A) be an entity incorporated in or resident in a country subject to economic or trade sanctions by the U.S. State Department or OFAC, (B) be listed as a "Specially Designated National," a "Specially Designated Global Terrorist," a "Blocked Person," or similar designation under the OFAC sanctions regime or otherwise may be subject to, or listed as a party on any other U.S. government list deemed by American Express to be related to anti-money laundering, economic sanctions, or other areas of risk as it relates to American Express’s business operations or (C) pose a risk to, or otherwise be engaged in an industry or business deemed to be risky as it relates to, American Express’s business operations; provided, that upon any determination as such by American Express in its sole discretion, American Express shall have the right to reject a User’s request to pay any such Supplier.
Suspension/Termination of Service. Either you or the Credit Union may terminate delivery of service without notice. You may cancel your access to the internet banking by notifying the Credit Union by written correspondence. The Credit Union may cancel your internet banking access without prior notice if there has been no internet banking activity for a period of 6 consecutive months. The Credit Union shall have the right, at its sole discretion to (i) limit your use of the service; (ii) suspend your use of the service; (iii) terminate your use of the service and cancel this agreement, for any reason, at any time.

If Your account is thirty (30) days or more overdue, You breach any term or condition of this Partner Agreement, or Kaleidoscope reasonably believes a breach is threatened by You (including non-payment of fees), in addition to any other rights and remedies hereunder, Kaleidoscope shall, in its sole discretion, have the right to suspend and/or terminate Your access to the Cloud & IoT Services without liability to Kaleidoscope until such account is paid in full or You effect a cure of any such breach, as applicable.
Suspension/Termination of Service. If amount due from customer is not paid within 30 days after the date of Marpan's invoice, Marpan may, without notice, suspend collecting and disposing of waste materials until customer has paid amount due.

If Your account is thirty (30) days or more overdue, You breach any term or condition of this Partner Agreement, or Oracle reasonably believes a breach is threatened by You (including non-payment of fees), in addition to any other rights and remedies hereunder, Oracle shall, in its sole discretion, have the right to suspend and/or terminate Your access to the Cloud Services without liability to Oracle until such account is paid in full or You effect a cure of any such breach, as applicable.
Suspension/Termination of Service. ISP reserves the right to immediately and unilaterally suspend or terminate the Participating Agency’s access to the Portal when any term of this Agreement is violated. If this agreement is terminated, the Participating Agency will still have an obligation to report Clear and Present Danger Determinations as required by applicable state law. Suspended service shall only be resumed upon such terms and conditions as the ISP shall deem appropriate under the circumstances. Suspension may be followed by termination if deemed necessary by ISP.
Suspension/Termination of Service. In the event that Customer’s invoices for use of Licensed Software or Services become thirty (30) days past due, Physio-Control may suspend access to Licensed Software or Services. After Customer invoices for use of Licensed Software or Services become sixty (60) days past due, Physio-Control may terminate this Agreement under this Agreement’s Termination Clause.
Suspension/Termination of Service. Xxxxxx.xx may suspend or terminate the Services if Customer’s payment card is no longer valid, Xxxxxx.xx charges are rejected, or Xxxxxx.xx’s fees are not timely paid for any reason. Xxxxxx.xx may charge interest on overdue amounts at the lesser of 1.5% per month or the highest non-usurious amount permitted by applicable law. If Xxxxxx.xx prevails in a legal action to collect an overdue amount, Customer must also pay Xxxxxx.xx’s reasonable costs of collection, such as attorney fees and court costs.
