TAC Roster. The City shall take the lead in formation of a Technical Advisory Committee (“TAC”). TAC membership must be focused on staff from the City and neighboring jurisdictions, and topical experts relevant to the Project. The TAC shall meet periodically to review Project deliverables and provide guidance on Project, particularly in relation to legal requirements, generally accepted methods of analysis, inter-jurisdictional coordination, and similar technical issues. The City shall invite key stakeholders to participate on the TAC, including representatives of: • Linn County • Oregon Department of Land Conservation and Development • ODOT Region 2 and Rail Division • Emergency service providersCity of Albany Public Works, Parks and Recreation, and Economic Development Departments

TAC Roster. City shall create a TAC roster consisting of Portland Bureau of Transportation, Bureau of Planning and Sustainability, Portland Bureau of Environmental Services, Parks, TriMet, Metro, Department of Land Conservation and Development, ODOT Planning, and others as determined by the PMT. Expertise represented should include bicycle, and pedestrian modes, systems operations, stormwater, parks and open space, transit operations, transit planning, housing and displacement, and land use planning.
TAC Roster. City shall identify city and other government staff to serve on the TAC and prepare TAC Roster. TAC will function as the primary technical reviewers throughout the Project and is expected to consist of:
TAC Roster. City shall appoint TAC, to provide technical review of work; provide local, regional, and state policy direction; and make recommendations on project deliverables. TAC should include staff from City, County, RVMPO, ODOT, School District, Southern Oregon University, Public Safety, City Planning Department and a business representative involved in some aspect of freight delivery. City shall develop a TAC Roster and confirm membership within two weeks of Notice to Proceed (NTP).
