TECHNICAL AND FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE. The Treasury Department shall provide the City with technical assistance (which may include in-kind financial assistance) and support to the City in rapidly implementing the following information technology projects:
TECHNICAL AND FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE. Upon request, information shall be provided to developers, builders or property owners regarding design guidelines and financial subsidy programs for Residential Development Projects. SEC. 10-17.700 IMPLEMENTING THE REGULATORY AGREEMENT OR DEED RESTRICTION. SEC. 10-17.705 TERM OF AGREEMENT. Prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy, a regulatory agreement shall be recorded against parcels having Affordable Units and shall be effective for a term of at least 45 years. This term shall begin on the date on which the Certificate of Occupancy is issued. SEC. 10-17.710 RIGHT OF FIRST REFUSAL FOR OWNER-OCCUPIED UNITS. It is the responsibility of the seller of a Dwelling Unit, subject to the affordability terms of this Article, to select a purchaser that meets the income requirements of this Article. Information regarding potential purchasers who may meet the income criteria may be obtained from the City of Hayward First-Time Homebuyer Program staff or from similar programs offered by other municipalities, lenders or local housing organizations. The resale restrictions shall provide that in the event of the sale of a unit subject to the requirements of this Article, if the seller is unable to find an eligible and qualified purchaser, the City shall have the right to purchase said unit at the price that could be charged to an income-eligible purchaser.
TECHNICAL AND FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE. The Secretary may provide to any person, or- ganization, or governmental entity technical and financial assistance for the purposes of this subchapter, including the following:
TECHNICAL AND FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE. To help small- and medium-size farms and agribusinesses transition to higher-profit activities, provide technical and financial assistance to these enterprises, including support that will directly offset certain costs of small farms; and
TECHNICAL AND FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE. To help farmers and other businesses successfully transition to higher-profit activities, MCC Funding will help selected small farms and businesses to obtain specific technical assistance (e.g., agronomic and business assistance) and funding needed to successfully execute their businesses plans developed in coordination with the Rural Office. Technical assistance will include, among other things, training in complying with sanitary and phytosanitary standards, certification documentation and bioterrorism regulations, and ensure that businesses employ environmentally sustainable agricultural practices. A review committee composed of key Rural Office staff and specialists from MCA-Nicaragua (including the Rural Business, ESI and Monitoring and Evaluation Specialists) will (i) develop criteria for selecting recipients of technical and financial assistance prior to any MCC Disbursement for the Project, subject to MCC approval, and (ii) make selections based on such criteria. The Rural Office will identify independent contractors through a competitive selection process to provide the technical assistance funded under this Project Activity. The Rural Office will directly finance or assist selected farms and businesses to obtain financing through a network of financial institutions and other donor programs operating in the region.

  • Technical Assistance The State agrees to provide technical assistance regarding the State’s rules, regulations and policies to the Sub- Recipient and to assist in the correction of problem areas identified by the State’s monitoring activities.

  • OPWC Financial Assistance Subject to the terms and conditions contained herein, the OPWC hereby agrees to provide to the Recipient financial assistance not to exceed the amount as set forth in Appendix C of this Agreement for the sole and express purpose of paying or reimbursing the costs certified to the OPWC under this Agreement for the completion of the Project (the "Funds").

  • Financial Assistance Subject to the terms and conditions contained herein, the Director hereby grants to the Recipient financial assistance, as established in this section, for the sole and express purpose of paying or reimbursing the eligible costs certified to the Director under this Agreement for the completion of the Project.

  • Legal Assistance The Board shall give full support including legal and other assistance for any assault upon the employee while properly acting in the discharge of his/her duties.

  • Calculation of Financial Assistance OHA will provide financial assistance to County at $834.61 per day, per authorized Individual. OHA is not obligated to pay County for expenditures beyond the limitation for the identified period of this Agreement. OHA will make monthly allotments from invoices, after XXX’s receipt, review, and approval of such invoices. All allotments made by OHA are subject to the limitation described herein.

  • Educational Assistance To qualify for reimbursement, an employee must be a regular employee upon enrollment. To be approved, the courses described below must be related to the employee's present position or career development:

  • Disbursement of Financial Assistance Unless a different disbursement method is specified in that line of Exhibit C “Financial Assistance Award,” OHA will disburse the financial assistance awarded for A&D 82 Services provided under a particular line of the Financial Assistance Award to County in substantially equal monthly allotments during the period specified in that line of the Financial Assistance Award, subject to the following:

  • PROVISION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE As authorized by Section II of this Agreement for the sole and express purpose of financing the Project defined and described in Appendix A of this Agreement, the estimated costs of which are set forth and described in Appendix D of this Agreement, the OPWC hereby agrees to provide financial assistance, subject to the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, from the State Capital Improvements Fund which constitutes the proceeds of the Infrastructure Bonds, in an amount not to exceed Two Hundred Sixty Thousand, Forty Dollars ($260,040). This financial assistance shall be provided in the form of a Grant. The OPWC Grant Control No. is CU06V.

  • Training and Technical Assistance COALITION will notify PROVIDER of the availability of training, technical assistance, and other targeted assistance in support of the provision of quality VPK services. COALITION will offer technical assistance for providers on probation. The technical assistance will be designed to facilitate the development and implementation of an improvement plan. The technical assistance will be offered in a manner and schedule prescribed by the COALITION or school district.

  • EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM The District’s Educational Assistance Program will be continued during the life of this Agreement. Employees who wish to enroll in job-related and promotion oriented courses, which will improve their job knowledge, and performance will be compensated by the District for expenses as follows:
