Technical Service requirements a. Contractor will enroll up to 600 initial users named by DSHS, providing each individual with log-in credentials to gain access to the Solution. b. Contractor shall schedule an on-site implementation and customization period to be completed within six weeks of contract signing, followed by a minimum of two in-person Administrator/Train- the-Trainer sessions with access to online training materials and documentation. These training sessions will be scheduled as set forth on Exhibit B. c. Contractor shall provide additional in person training and webinar training opportunities as described on Exhibit B. The in person trainings will be at locations in Washington State as specified by BHA, with specific dates to be negotiated upon execution of contract. d. Contractor shall provide maintenance and support of the Solution. e. Contractor shall provide DSHS, through the DSHS Contact designated herein, with thirty (30) days written notice of any material changes to the Contractor’s Solution prior to implementation of the changes.

The responsibilities of Supplier at the Work Site are package opening and examination, dealing with quality problems, installation and supervision, commissioning supervision, reactor demonstration and performance test. Before installation and testing and commissioning, experts from both parties shall discuss the relative procedures. Both parties shall confirm the important issues. If issues arise that are the Supplier’s responsibilities, the Supplier representatives shall deal with them in a timely manner as defined by the Purchaser. If Supplier authorizes Purchaser to solve the problems due to Supplier’s mistakes, Supplier will provide the guarantee letter and undertake all the expenses. Supplier is responsible for all actions carried by its representatives. Purchaser should be informed and confirmed if the Supplier representatives wish to leave the Work Site.

Grantee shall document that these training requirements are met; and C. Ensure that staff hired for HIV and syphilis testing are trained to perform blood draws within three (3) months of employment.

  • Time Requirements The Independent Contractor will not be required to follow or establish a regular or daily work schedule, but shall devote during the term of this Agreement the time, energy and skill as necessary to perform the services of this engagement and shall, periodically or at any time upon the request of the Company, submit information as to the amount of time worked and scope of work performed.

  • Software Requirements 7 Developer shall prepare the Project Schedule using Oracle’s Primavera P6.
