Work Arrangement. During the term of this Agreement, Employee agrees to a Hybrid Work Agreement, where Employee’s primary worksite is Employee’s home and secondary worksite is a designated office location of the Employer. The Employee has been approved to perform the majority of their duties from an alternative location, such as working from home. Employee acknowledges that an on-site work arrangement will be required for performing some of the employment duties described in Appendix A. To this end, Employee acknowledges that on-site work is required for performing specific employment duties. Employee also acknowledges that on-site work will be required when requested by Employer, Investors of the Company or Company Advisors. Employer will reimburse travel and lodging expenses associated with travel to partner contractor sites that are in-line performing duties.
Work Arrangement. Work arrangements shall be decided when the employee is hired. Driver working hours shall be 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day and the period of work shall be scheduled as stated in Article 17.6-17.6. Day work The start of day work can vary from 8:00-10:00 on work days and overtime starts when 8 hours day work is completed. Drivers are obliged to work overtime at least every third weekend if requested. During the period 1 October-31 March it is authorised to give time off on work days in lieu of weekend overtime for worked hours, though only for 2 weekends per month and for a maximum of 8 hours per day. It generally not authorised to move these days-off between months. All work in excess of the above shall be unconditionally settled every month with overtime pay. Coffee breaks in day work total 35 minutes per day and shall be taken when most convenient. See clarification example: - A driver works 8 hours overtime on Saturday. He receives time off at day work rate for one day within 4 weeks, and an overtime premium for 8 hours. - Driver works 10 hours overtime Saturday and Sunday. Total 20 overtime hours. He receives time off for 2 days at day work rate within 4 weeks and overtime premium of 16 hours and 4 hours overtime. - The driver works 4 hours on Saturday and Sunday. Total 8 hours. He is paid the same as in example 1, but it is authorised to give 2 half days (4 hours) of time off.

As a remote work employee, I will be performing work from a non-Company, off-site location. • Remote working days are designated as assigned, unless otherwise necessary to report at the Company location. • For work performed at the Company location, dedicated workspace, computer, and telephone will remain (unless otherwisenecessary). • When performing off-site remote work, I am committed to being accessible by phone, text, and/or e-mail. Equally, ongoing efforts in work performance will not change as a result of the remote work arrangement, nor will my oversight of the current workload I now harbor. • My remote work arrangement will not be construed as a contract of employment and the Company may legally modify or terminate this arrangement at any time for anyreason. • Should the company decide that the situation has changed, this remote work arrangement is subject to automatic review. • The general policies and procedures of the Forum prevails during thisarrangement.
Work Arrangement. 4.1 The critical factor of your job is to ensure continuous production at the Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Plant.

I will be responsible for providing information required for the Company’s attendance and timekeeping procedures. If I am a non-exempt employee, I must email my hours to my manager on a weekly basis. [Client will be responsible for supervising my daily work activities.]
Work Arrangement. The Company and its employees will try and schedule employee duties during meal, break, wash times and shift changeovers to minimise lost time on the moulding and preform processes.

If I am a non-exempt employee, I will be required to email my hours to my manager on a weekly basis.

Employee acknowledges that Employer is responsible for reimbursing travel and lodging expenses associated with travel from working home location to designated office location up to $8,000 a year. Employer will reimburse travel and lodging expenses associated with travel to partner contractor sites that are in-line performing duties.
