TEMPORARY JOB RECLASSIFICATION. In the event an employee temporarily changes job classifications to a role with supervisory responsibility, the employee will receive $1.00 per hour regular pay increase for the duration of the temporary assignment.
TEMPORARY JOB RECLASSIFICATION. In the event an employee is assigned the total responsibility of a job which has a higher pay grade and pay range for two consecutive weeks or more, that employee shall be compensated at a rate commensurate with the minimum of the higher range, or ten percent (10%) above the employee's base rate, whichever is greater.
TEMPORARY JOB RECLASSIFICATION. An employee who is temporarily transferred to meet the Company's convenience to another job for which the regular rate is less than that which the employee is receiving, shall retain his former rate, and if such transfer is to a job with a higher rate, the employee shall receive the higher rate paid for such job.
