Temporary Leaves. Teachers required by official orders to attend National Guard Duty, other military reserve duty, or jury duty during the contract year and for a period not to exceed fourteen (14) contract days shall receive pay for such period equal to their regular pay, less the amount received for the services performed. Extended time requirements under this section may be granted by the School Board after application, in advance, to the Superintendent.
