Ten Month Employee. For ten (10) month employees the normal work year shall have two (2) months or two (2) 21 consecutive non-work day periods without pay each year as assigned by the district, provided there is no reduction in the employee’s current number of paid days.

Ten Month Employee. Ten (10) month employees or school calendar employees shall work between one hundred eighty (180) and one hundred ninety (190) days as designated by the Superintendent from September 1st and ending June 30th. If it is necessary for a school calendar employee to work more than one hundred ninety (190) days, then the District shall pay the school calendar employee his/her regular hourly rate, accordingly. Ten Month Employee. If a death occurs in the immediate family of a ten-month employee during the summer break with more than five (5) days remaining in the break, the employee shall not be entitled to any bereavement days. If the death occurs in the immediate family of a ten-month employee during the summer break with less than five (5) days remaining in the break, the employee shall be entitled to five (5) days less the number of remaining days.
