The latter stipulate terms and conditions for the use of the Service Provider’s web-based whistleblowing Application called Trusty (the Application) by the Client. For the purpose and within the scope of providing the Application under the said Terms, the Service Provider shall process personal data for the Client in accordance with the GDPR and this agreement. If there is a discrepancy between this agreement and the Terms, this agreement shall take precedence in relation to the personal data processing, unless explicitly provided otherwise herein. This agreement may be made available in different languages. In case of conflicts between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail. 2.

Background and Scope. Early Head Start (EHS) is a program for low-income pregnant women and families with infants and toddlers. The program is based on research that demonstrates the impact of early intervention through high quality programs that enhances opportunities for success among families and young children. Reauthorized by the Head Start Act of 1992, EHS has multifaceted purpose. EHS seeks to enhance children’s physical, social emotional and cognitive development. In addition, EHS works to enable parents to be better caregivers of and teachers to their children. XXX also works with parents to set and meet their own goals, including goal of economic independences. In order to achieve the multi-faceted purpose of EHS, the program provides, early, continuous, intensive, and comprehensive child development and family support services to families and children. Services provided include, but are not limited to: physical, mental and oral health, nutrition, early childhood education, financial literacy, family engagement and strengthening, marriage education and job training. The services provided to families and children are designed to reinforce and respond to the unique strengths and needs to each child and family. The Proposed model by DCF seeks to identify strong community-based family support providers and child care to serve EHS eligible children participation in child care subsidy, Kansas Child Care assistance program. In addition to supporting vulnerable children and their families, Kansas’ goal is to increase the quality of child care environments in which these children are enrolled. KEHS grantees applying to participate in the DCF Kansas Early head Start-Child care (KEHS- CC) Partnership grogram and their partners must meet the Federal Head Start regulations and applicable state child care regulations. Background and Scope. The scope of this Order is to define the work activities, pricing, forecasting process, performance metrics and associated incentive credits and remedies associated with the Services performed by Supplier for AT&T eCommerce. During the Term, Supplier shall provide its ASP Solution as Supplier hosted managed Service. The ASP Solution supports a streamline of the back office management process relating to the sale of telecommunications services by AT&T eCommerce, improved cycle times for such sales, intended to reduce the cost per Customer to perform such processes or tasks related to a Customer Order. Supplier shall provide (as set forth in this Order):
a. The process, tools and organizations that support AT&T eCommerce Transaction management. Transaction management includes, but is not limited to:
i. Automated Customer Order processing through the Order Gateway;
ii. Customer Care Support; and
iii. Manual Transaction Processing;
b. Operational metrics and executive reporting set forth herein; and
c. The ASP Solution configuration management, hosting and Tier 1-3 support (to designated AT&T IT staff) of the Order Gateway, Workflow Manager, Reporting Platform, Integrated IVR Solution, and Email Manager; and
d. IT Professional Services (as defined in Section 3.0 of Attachment B to the Agreement).
Background and Scope. This Part 2 of this Agreement sets out the general terms and conditions relating to inter-Party Data Processing Activities which the Parties agree to meet. Part 1 of the Agreement sets out the specific details of what each Party has agreed to in respect of any intended inter-Party Processing of Personal Data. The Parties agree that no Party will access or otherwise Process Personal Data that solely relates to any other Party’s individual Processing purpose, which is outside of the scope of the Processing set out in Part 1 of the Agreement. To the extent that any other agreement between the Parties in relation to these Data Processing activities contains any provisions which govern the Processing of Personal Data by the Parties, the Parties agree and acknowledge that the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency. Data Protection Legislation requires that “[w]here two or more controllers jointly determine the purposes and the means of Processing they shall be joint controllers.” It also requires that Joint Controllers determine their respective responsibilities for compliance “…in a transparent manner…by means of an arrangement between them…” This Agreement meets the requirement of having an arrangement. All Parties shall meet the additional transparency requirements under clause 13. The data will be used only in aggregated multivariate statistical analyses for a research project specified in Section IV of this agreement. The CFOI research file contains coded data items that include the demographic characteristics of the decedent and information on how the fatal incident occurred. The CFOI data do not include personal identifiers. In addition, there are no State codes in the CFOI research file. Each record is classified into one of four Census region codes to facilitate analysis by region of the country.
