The Organizer’s obligations a)The Organizer will provide at its own expense the stage and appropriate facilities for set up, rehearsal and performance at Komedie theatre, according to the Technical Rider: 5 th of April arrival team video, sound, lighting 7th of April 2024(performance) – from 19:30 – 22.20 (incl. break) 7- 8th of April 2024 (dismantling the set) - Provides space capable for production including xxxxx and dressing rooms. - Allows the truck parking for the purpose of stay and loading and unloading set and costumes needed for staging. - Provides lighting and stage requirements, in accordance with the technical possibilities of the Organizer. - Provides the necessary number of persons for the stage technology operation.

The Organizer’s obligations. The organizer: Provides space capable for production including stage and dressing rooms. Provides lighting and stage requirements, in accordance with the technical possibilities of the organizer. Provides the necessary number of persons for the stage technology operation. The organizer will provide and pay the accommodation at the Hotel International (Xxxxxx 00, 000 00 Brno) from 11th to 13th October 2023 in one double room with breakfast. The possible cancellation fees will be charged to the performer. The same applies for booking and payment of accommodation in case of the additional performer requirements. The organizer will pay the accommodation based on an invoice. The organizer will cover the travel expenses – the return flight tickets Venice-Vienna-Venice and the transport from and to the airport. The organizer undertakes to carry out the promotion of the aforementioned staging. The performer will provide materials to be used in this promotion as soon as possible upon the request of the organizer. The organizer reserves the right to use its own visual style in promoting the staging in keeping with the National Theatre Brno marketing strategies and plans.
The Organizer’s obligations. The ORGANIZER agrees not to spread any further image carrier and sound storage medium connected to the performance without the prior written consent of the LICENSOR. The ORGANIZER agrees to pay of the license fee for the aforementioned discharge of obligation in accordance under Article I.
The Organizer’s obligations. The CFA and NGP are the main actors in the project. NGP carries the artistic responsibility and hence the curatorial responsibility for the content of the exhibition. Nevertheless, the CFA carries the overall responsibility of its program and has the freedom to oppose if the content of the proposed exhibition does not meet its artistic standards. The various partners in the projects will hold the responsibility and carry out the following tasks in connection to the exhibition: The CFA will be responsible for the organization of the following : - Have overall responsibility and project management at the venue; Xxxx Xxxxxx shall be the responsible person in this matter. - Provide the Foyer 4 and the Horta Hall free of charge; - Ensure proper safety and security conditions along with fire detection/prevention and security system that operate on 24 h/day, 7 days per week basis; though no fixed guard is foreseen in Foyer 4; - Signalisation inside and outside the building; - General maintenance of the rooms; - General maintenance of the sanitary facilities - Handle the administrative organization of press visits and opening; - The advertising and promotion of the exhibition; - Ensure the presence of the logo of the Czech Presidency and NGP in all communication material pertaining to the Exhibition as well as in the premises of CFA; - Conclude a loan agreement with X. Xxxxxxxx regarding the Work of Art that is to be presented at the Exhibition (as specify in the Annex No. 1 to this Agreement). The loan agreement shall also define the insured value of the Work of Art and the required way of its presentation at the Exhibition. The CFA shall re-invoice NGP, for the costs as specified in Annex No. 2 - Exhibition Budget, being the following: - Provide 1 technical coordinator for the installation and de-installation of the Exhibition when necessary (defined in Sec. 3.2 of the Exhibition Budget – Production costs / Mounting Technical Coordinator); - Provide the equipment for lighting installations and other requirements (defined in Sec. 3.1 of the Exhibition Budget – Production costs / Exhibit infrastructure); - Translate all wall and communication texts and labeling in French, Dutch and English (defined in Sec. 6 of the Exhibition Budget – Didactical Aspect); . - Advertising and promotion of the Exhibition, explicitly requested by NGP only, could be, based on the previous agreement of both parties, subject to a separate invoicing.
