Third Party Contributions. Third Party Contributions are not accepted under the terms of this Agreement. Third Party Contributions may only be accepted for use in Qt Software or by the Qt Project if the following criteria are met: (a) The Third Party Contribution is licensed under license terms that are compatible with the GNU Lesser General Public License version 2.1 (“LGPL v. 2.1”) as included on the Free Software Foundation’s website (xxx.xxx.xxx); and (b) If the Third Party Contributions are licensed under either: (i) GNU License Terms; or (ii) license terms requiring as a condition of use, modification and/or distribution of the software subject to the license, that the software or other software combined and/or distributed with it be disclosed or distributed in source code form; licensed for the purpose of making derivative works; or redistributable at no charge, both the Chief Maintainer and The Qt Company must give their unanimous, prior, written consent before such Third Party Contribution may be included in the Qt Project. The modules for which consent has been obtained will be posted on the Qt Project web site. (c) Notwithstanding (a) and (b) above, a Third Party Contribution which is an Update to third party code already included in Qt Software may be used to replace such third party code previously included in Qt Software provided that the Update is licensed under the same license terms as the code it is replacing. The Chief Maintainer shall remove, from the public Qt code repositories or project website, any Third Party Contribution which does not meet the criteria specified above.
Third Party Contributions. Individuals or entities other than the Account Owner that contribute funds to the Account will have no subsequent control over the contributions. You must conspicuously xxxx the work as "Submitted on behalf of a third party: [name]."
Third Party Contributions. 15.11.1 The fees for Core Services shall be agreed between the Trust and the Home at the time of the placement. Where a Third Party agrees to fund a more expensive placement than the option offered by the Trust, the Third Party Contribution will be agreed at that time. 15.11.2 The nature of any Enhanced Services and the scale of any Third Party Contribution to pay for such services shall be agreed between the Trust, the Home and the Third Party at the time of the placement. The Home shall not introduce Third Party Contributions direct with the Resident or family. Where dispute arises, Clause 24 shall apply. 15.11.3 Charges for Additional or Enhanced Services require full detail to be provided to the Trust of the charges and of the arrangements for subsequent uplifts. Such charges shall be borne by the Resident or a Third Party, save where the Trust agrees to pay for Enhanced Services on the Resident’s behalf. The Resident or the Trust shall be given the choice to accept or reject the offer and to terminate the arrangement with reasonable notice. 15.11.4 Changes to charges for core care services subsequent to initial placement require negotiation in advance with the Trust. Third Party top-up charges for Core Care Services shall not be introduced directly with Residents or Carers. Where agreement between the Home and Trust is not readily achieved, then the dispute resolution provisions at Clause 24 shall apply. 15.11.5 Where a defaulted payment of Third Party Contribution occurs, the Trust shall take responsibility for the 4 weeks prior to the date of notification. 15.11.6 Where the Trust is asked to pay a defaulted Third Party contribution, a review of the Resident’s placement will take place as soon as is reasonably practicable. The review may result in the placement being terminated.
