Time Credits While Traveling l. For pay purposes, employees will be credited for all time spent traveling when authorized by management. This applies to all employees except those covered under Article 7.11(a). Credits will be computed as follows:
Time Credits While Traveling. N – 1 Employees shall be credited with all time spent in traveling outside of working hours when authorized by Employer. N – 2 Travel for mandatory education purposes outside of working hours is included in this provision. Travel for optional/elective education programs will be negotiated with the program or service manager.
Time Credits While Traveling. Time required to be spent on business travel, as authorized by the Employer, outside regular work hours shall be deemed to be part of a nurse’s workday and shall be compensated at the applicable overtime rates for all hours spent traveling with the pre-approval of the Employer.
