Timesheet. The document containing the participant-hired worker’s name and ID number (if applicable), participant name and ID number (if applicable), hours worked each day, total hours worked within the pay period, code for the service that was provided, and the FEA-developed attestation language.
Timesheet. 1. For each agreement with a term of more than 4 (four) weeks, the agreed rate and the costs owing will be charged for that period. A four-week cycle will be maintained for invoicing, without prejudice to the contractor's right to invoice as soon as the services have been completed.
2. The contractor's invoices shall be drawn up based on the timesheets which are (digitally) signed and approved by the client, also referred to as (hourly and expense) declarations. These declarations are regarded as binding as soon as they have been approved by the client. The contractor is obliged to ensure that the information contained on the timesheet regarding the specialist, sub-contractor or employee is correct and truthfully stated.
3. The client cannot invoke lack of signing authorization for (digital) timesheets compiled in the normal course of work, unless the client has excluded certain people from signing authorization in writing.
4. If the client refuses to sign and approve the (digital) timesheet issued by the contractor and/or has not provided the contractor with its own – as it believes – correctly completed timesheet within 14 (fourteen) days of the services having been performed, the contractor is entitled to make a binding determination of the number of hours worked by the specialist, sub-contractor or employee, in accordance with the assignment of the specialist, sub-contractor or employee, or in the absence of such an assignment, a reasonable determination, taking into account the agreed scope of the work or the number of hours worked which can be reasonably estimated.
Timesheet. 13.13.1. Any approved absence for FMLA leave must be so indicated on the employee’s timesheet in the appropriate paid or unpaid column.
Timesheet. Payment has to be made on the basis of counter-signed timesheet. Any discrepancy in timesheet should be communicated within 15days. After 15days ESC has all the rights to raise invoices in full as per the countersigned timesheet.
Timesheet. The Contractor shall submit a completed timesheet with invoice each 21 month that includes details regarding functions that Contractor performed over the month being 22 invoiced, as shown in Exhibit B-2.
Timesheet. 9.1 The employee shall be required to complete and submit timesheets on the basis specified in annexure “A”, and shall ensure that they are countersigned by a duly authorised representative of the client as soon as reasonably possible thereafter.
Timesheet. If an employee has not used comp time within three months from the date that it was 32 earned, the employee will be compensated in accordance with (1) above. 33
Timesheet. The temporary employment agency provides you with a timesheet before you start working for the hirer. At the end of each week, you complete the timesheet by entering the number of hours you have worked. You can also enter the bonuses and overtime hours on the timesheet. After truthfully completing the timesheet, you must get the hirer to sign it and then submit it to the temporary employment agency. The timesheet forms the basis for your payslip. The hirer may also complete the timesheet for you or automatically send details of your hours to the temporary employment agency. In that case, you are entitled to a copy of the timesheet. The remuneration is always based on the number of hours worked (and is therefore not a piecework wage). The temporary employment agency will provide you with a payslip, also referred to as a wage slip, at least once a month. The wage slip provides various details. You will find: • the wage earned; • the gross hourly wage; • the number of hours worked; • the deductions made from the wage. Your wage slip also shows the reserves you have accumulated in the preceding period and the total accumulated reserves that have not been used. You can also see when the reserves will be automatically paid to you. Article 25 of the Collective Agreement shows exactly what ought to be stated on your wage slip.
Timesheet. Where, according to Appendix A and C, the Supplier is entitled to payment on the basis of time spent, the Supplier shall xxxx time on an hourly basis specifying the posi- tion/qualification level of each and all persons for whom payment is charged. The time- sheet shall include information about the nature and extent of the task performed, the commencement and completion time of the task performed, the position/qualification level of the person(s) having performed the Services, as well as information about the hourly rate applicable, cf. Appendix C.
