Timesheet. The document containing the participant-hired worker’s name and ID number (if applicable), participant name and ID number (if applicable), hours worked each day, total hours worked within the pay period, code for the service that was provided, and the FEA-developed attestation language.
Timesheet. 1. For each agreement with a term of more than 4 (four) weeks, the agreed rate and the costs owing will be charged for that period. A four-week cycle will be maintained for invoicing, without prejudice to the contractor's right to invoice as soon as the services have been completed.

You may need to edit a timesheet for a few reasons, such as if you create the timesheet and immediately realize you entered a shift time incorrectly, or if you are prompted to approve a timesheet and notice an error. You can also continually update the timesheet throughout the pay period, if you would like to keep track of time worked as it happens. Each time an edited is done or a timesheet is approved, an e-mail will be sent to the other party alerting them that a timesheet is awaiting their approval.

Where, according to Appendix A and C, the Supplier is entitled to payment on the basis of time spent, the Supplier shall xxxx time on an hourly basis specifying the posi- tion/qualification level of each and all persons for whom payment is charged. The time- sheet shall include information about the nature and extent of the task performed, the commencement and completion time of the task performed, the position/qualification level of the person(s) having performed the Services, as well as information about the hourly rate applicable, cf. Appendix C.

Appendix D. Upon request, the timesheet shall be provided to the Buyer without undue delay.
