Topographic Surveying Services. Research subdivision plats, rights-of-way, easements and other available survey elements, which may affect the physical boundaries of the project; All the easements with volume and page numbers shall be identified and labeled on the survey submittal; Research Fort Bend County Official Records for current deeds and plats for property affected by the Project; Research County records and public utilities record for existing documents of utilities; Office calculations necessary to check location of the right-of-way line in relation to features found during the course of the topographic survey; Establish horizontal and vertical survey control points at spacing of approximately 1,000 feet along the pavement reconstruction alignment; Reference all survey work to state plan coordinate system and to current Fort Bend County elevation control; Prepare survey control data strip map of existing and proposed right-of-way alignment for horizontal and vertical control points; Provide 11” x 17” pdfs of survey control map and control sketches; Identify roadways, driveways, alleys and sidewalks with pavement type; Show centerlines and angles of intersection of the side street(s) with main roadway centerline, as necessary; Show all mailboxes, road signs and signal posts; Locate and describe any trees, bushes or other landscaping plants; Provide tree caliper, type of tree, and drip line location for all trees over 2 inches in diameter; Provide topographic survey of outfall drainage ditch between Xxx 0 xxx 0 xx Xxx Xxxxxxx xx Koeblen Road from existing Koeblen Road to Dry Creek and a second outfall drainage easement to Dry Creek to be determined by project engineer; provide topographic survey for two detention ponds to be determined by the project area; Obtain three cross sections of Dry Creek at various locations established by the design engineer; Show all visible utilities found during the course of obtaining field work; Show on plan view drawings, all underground utilities and utilities within the Project limits from as-built drawings; Show building structures within 50’ of road right-of-way; Locate vegetation lines and special landscaping; Survey boring logs and obtain surface elevation; Topographic work will extend 30’ beyond the right-of-way; and Deliver files in Civil 3D 2018; Provide a plan view strip map of topographic survey with appropriate labels.

Topographic Surveying Services. The Consultant will prepare a suitable base drawing in CAD format from existing airport documentation and the following topographic survey services: • Obtain any records from the city or County of Riverside that pertain to the establishment of horizontal and vertical control for aerial topographic mapping derived from photogrammetric methods. • Conventional methods will be employed for the field work required to establish horizontal and vertical control and the setting of aerial control targets. Five (5) aerial targets will be required for this effort. • After completion of the manuscript copy of the photogrammetric map, Consultant will visit the airport to make sure all topographic features and physical culture have been adequately and accurately shown on the manuscript. • The final topographic map will span a width of approximately 1,600 feet (centered on the runway) by a length of approximately 6,000 feet. The deliverable will be presented at 40 scale with a 1-foot contour interval in AutoCAD Civil 3D format. A PDF will be provided upon request. Contingency Services (Fees broken out as separate line items): • In the event that any property or controlling monuments, as defined by the California Land Surveyor's Act, are destroyed or made unstable by construction activities, Consultant will evaluate each monument location and decide whether a pre or post construction, or both, Corner Record is necessary or required. • Consultant will also provide one day of additional field surveying for unanticipated services.

  • Topographic Survey 3.1 Notify affected property owners of pending survey.

  • Engineering Services Definition: Engineering Services includes any service or creative work, the adequate performance of which requires education, training and experience in the application of special knowledge in consulting, investigating, evaluating, planning and designing, engineering principles. Engineering Services covered by the Xxxxxx Architect-Engineers Act (40 U.S.C. 1102) are not covered in the primary scope of OASIS SB. Examples: Service areas that are included under the Engineering Services discipline include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Geotechnical Services Engineer will obtain all necessary subsurface investigations, tests, reports, and perform related surveys.

  • Training Services Training Services may include pre-packaged training Products, and/or the development or customization of training programs as requested, including Live Training, Computer Based/Multi-Media Training which encompasses Internet-Delivered Training, and/or Video Based Training.

  • Infrastructure Vulnerability Scanning Supplier will scan its internal environments (e.g., servers, network devices, etc.) related to Deliverables monthly and external environments related to Deliverables weekly. Supplier will have a defined process to address any findings but will ensure that any high-risk vulnerabilities are addressed within 30 days.

  • Engineering Forest Service completed survey and design for Specified Roads prior to timber sale advertisement, unless otherwise shown in A8 or Purchaser survey and design are specified in A7. On those roads for which Forest Service completes the design during the contract, the design quantities shall be used as the basis for revising estimated costs stated in the Schedule of Items and adjusting Timber Sale Account. Forest Service engineering shall be completed according to the schedule in A8. Should Forest Service be unable to perform the designated survey and design by the completion date or other agreed to time, upon written agreement, Purchaser shall assume responsibility for such work. In such event, Contracting Officer shall revise:

  • SERVICE MONITORING, ANALYSES AND ORACLE SOFTWARE 11.1 We continuously monitor the Services to facilitate Oracle’s operation of the Services; to help resolve Your service requests; to detect and address threats to the functionality, security, integrity, and availability of the Services as well as any content, data, or applications in the Services; and to detect and address illegal acts or violations of the Acceptable Use Policy. Oracle monitoring tools do not collect or store any of Your Content residing in the Services, except as needed for such purposes. Oracle does not monitor, and does not address issues with, non-Oracle software provided by You or any of Your Users that is stored in, or run on or through, the Services. Information collected by Oracle monitoring tools (excluding Your Content) may also be used to assist in managing Oracle’s product and service portfolio, to help Oracle address deficiencies in its product and service offerings, and for license management purposes.

  • Building Services Labor Law Article 9 applies to Contracts for building service work over $1,500 with a public agency, that: (i) involve the care or maintenance of an existing building, or (ii) involve the transportation of office furniture or equipment to or from such building, or (iii) involve the transportation and delivery of fossil fuel to such building, and (iv) the principal purpose of which is to furnish services through use of building service employees.

  • PUBLIC WORKS AND BUILDING SERVICES CONTRACTS Work being done under a resulting Authorized User Agreement may be subject to the prevailing wage rate provisions of the New York State Labor Law. Such work will be identified by the Authorized User within the RFQ. See “Prevailing Wage Rates – Public Works and Building Services Contracts’ in Appendix B, Clause 10, OGS General Specifications. Any federal or State determination of a violation of any public works law or regulation, or labor law or regulation, or any OSHA violation deemed "serious or willful" may be grounds for a determination of vendor non-responsibility and rejection of proposal. The Prevailing Wage Case Number for this Contract is PRC# 2014011745. SHORT TERM EXTENSION In the event a replacement Contract has not been issued, any Contract let and awarded hereunder by the State, may be extended unilaterally by the State for an additional period of up to 3 months upon notice to the Contractor with the same terms and conditions as the original Contract including, but not limited to, prices and delivery requirements. With the concurrence of the Contractor, the extension may be for a period of up to 6 months in lieu of 3 months. However, this extension terminates should the replacement Contract be issued in the interim. PROCUREMENT INSTRUCTIONS Authorized Users should refer to the documents attached as Appendix G – Processes and Forms Templates for specific instructions on the usage of this Contract. OGS reserves the right to unilaterally make revisions, changes, additions and/or updates to the documents attached as Appendix G - Processes and Forms Templates without processing a formal amendment and/or modification. SPECIFICATIONS During the term of the Contract, the Authorized User may request Product specifications for particular items that have been included by the Contractor in its Pricing Pages. These specifications will be provided by the Contractor at no cost.
