Traffic Requirements. A. Arrange construction activity so that all streets shall remain open to at least one-way traffic during periods of actual work, and to unimpeded, two-way traffic during all other periods. X. Provide a traffic control plan to ENGINEER for approval showing traffic control signs, barrels, cones, traffic officers, including detour signs, meeting the approval of ENGINEER, OWNER and local Police Departments in accordance with the Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices. C. Determine the location of each day’s work and implement the approved traffic control plan. If the plan requires the use of traffic officers, notify the Police Department. D. CONTRACTOR shall have no claim of delay if he does not notify the Police Department of his scheduled location in time to arrange for traffic officers. E. Hand deliver written notice to individual houses affected by driveway and side road closings or detours a minimum 24 hours in advance. A recommended parking area outside the work limits shall be included in the notice.

Traffic Requirements. A. Residential access/egress must be maintained, and emergency traffic must be able to pass at all times. B. Excavated water and sewer services must be plated at all times prior to backfilling. C. Comply with the requirements of Section 01570.
Traffic Requirements. While this Agreement is in effect, Customer agrees to route all Available Calls, as herein defined, to ILD. For purposes of this Agreement, Available Calls shall be defined as all Traffic generated from Customer's international and domestic subscribers except the following: (a) Traffic which state regulations require to be routed to the local exchange carrier; (b) Traffic which is required by existing contract (i.e., existing as of the Effective Date) to be routed to another carrier or operator services provider as listed on EXHIBIT A; (c) Any other Traffic mutually agreed upon in writing between the parties as listed on EXHIBIT B which may be modified from time to time by mutual written consent. (d) Traffic of businesses acquired by Customer (whether by merger, purchase of stock or purchase of assets) which is under contract to be routed to another carrier or operator services provider.
Traffic Requirements i. Unless otherwise approved by the City, all public streets must remain open during the construction of the Project. Developer shall use commercially reasonably efforts to keep all public streets reasonably free of dirt and debris during construction consistent with Projects of this type. ii. Developer and its contractor shall provide a construction traffic plan to the City for approval. Such plan shall be sensitive to the existing residences on Xxxxxxx and Belle Avenues and limit obstruction of daily use and connectivity to the existing street network. iii. A traffic impact study is required to be completed as part of the Planned Development zoning process. Such traffic impact study shall be completed in accordance with standards of the City and State of Ohio Department of Transportation.
Traffic Requirements. Customer shall be required to meet the ASR, ALOC, and SD Percentage requirements for the Termination Rate Sheet provided within any single twenty-four (24) hour period. In the event any of the requirements provided in the Termination Rate Sheet are not met, Provider may, in addition to any other remedies available hereunder: (a) Charge Customer (retroactively and in the future) a surcharge of $0.01 per call attempt, which shall be in addition to all other fees and charges billed to Customer for the consumption of the Services. (b) Modify Customer Rate Sheet with immediate effect to Provider’s then current short duration Rate Sheet.

  • Contractor Requirements The Firm shall be construed, during the entire term of this contract, to be an independent contractor. Nothing in this contract is intended to nor shall be construed to create an employer- employee relationship, or a joint venture relationship. The Firm represents that it is qualified to perform the duties to be performed under this contract and that it has, or will secure, if needed, at its own expense, applicable personnel who are qualified to perform the duties required under this contract. Such personnel shall not be deemed in any way, directly or indirectly, expressly or by implication, to be employees of the District. Any person assigned by the firm to perform the services hereunder shall be the employee or a subcontractor of the Firm, who shall have the sole right to hire and discharge its employee or subcontractors. The Firm or its subcontractors shall pay, when due, all salaries and wages of their employees and accepts exclusive responsibility for the payment of federal income tax, social security, unemployment compensation and any other withholdings that may be required. Neither the Firm, its subcontractors nor their employees are entitled to state retirement or leave benefits. It is further understood that the consideration expressed herein constitutes full and complete compensation for all services and performance hereunder, and that any sum due and payable to the Firm shall be paid as a gross sum with no withholdings or deductions being made by the District for any purpose from said contract sum, except as permitted in paragraphs 16, 17 and 18.
