TRAINER AGREES. 1. To provide the worksite location for the referred YCS365 Trainees. Designate a worksite supervisor as well as a secondary supervisor authorized to serve as the primary supervisor when needed. 2. To conscientiously supervise and guide all assigned Trainees acknowledging that this is a program designed to prepare Trainees for future employment. 3. To counsel and encourage all Trainees to develop vocational skills and positive work habits (including dependability in performing duties and enjoyment in accomplishments). 4. To consult with the designated representative of YCS365 on issues concerning a trainee at least once every 20 calendar days. 5. To excuse Trainees to attend program related activities sponsored by YCS365 or its authorized representative during the Trainees normal work hours, if necessary. 6. To maintain all Trainee time and attendance records (Timesheets) during the agreed upon training period for submission to YCS365. The timesheets, signed by both the Trainee and the designated Site supervisor, are to be submitted to YCS365 through its authorized representative according to an established Pay Schedule. 7. To provide a copy of this agreement to all employees and managers working directly with and providing guidance to the Trainees. The TRAINER must provide MCYCS with written notice of any modifications sought, as provided in paragraph 3(J), above. 8. To develop and provide each Trainee and YCS365 with a Training Plan, a Weekly Work Schedule, and an Orientation Plan. 9. To provide Trainee evaluations in a format and frequency determined by the MCYCS or its authorized representative. 10. To use the services provided by the YCS365 Trainees only to augment, not to replace or displace, the work performed by TRAINER employees. Obtain prior approval from MCYCS for Trainee to participate in special programs offered by TRAINER. 11. To allow Trainees to only be involved in activities which do not violate Federal, State, or local laws or regulations, as amended, governing work, religion/sectarian, or political activities. 12. Its participation in the YCS365 work experience and guidance program requires no compensation, by the TRAINER, unless TRAINER authorizes and approves work hours beyond those eligible for compensation by MCYCS (ref. paragraph 3-G of this agreement) in which case, the Trainer is accountable for those additional hours worked by the Trainee. 13.   • Office and Support Staff During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to an office or offices of a size and with furnishings and other appointments, and to exclusive personal secretarial and other assistance, at least equal to the most favorable of the foregoing provided to the Executive by the Company and its affiliated companies at any time during the 120-day period immediately preceding the Effective Date or, if more favorable to the Executive, as provided generally at any time thereafter with respect to other peer executives of the Company and its affiliated companies.

  • Technical Support Services 2.1 The technical support services (the "Services"): Party A agrees to provide to Party B the relevant services requested by Party B, which are specified in Exhibit 1 attached hereto ("Exhibit 1").

  • Exclusive Services Executive shall at all times faithfully, industriously and to the best of his or her ability, experience and talent perform to the satisfaction of the Board and the CEO all of the duties that may be assigned to Executive hereunder and shall devote substantially all of his or her productive time and efforts to the performance of such duties.   • Verizon Operations Support Systems Verizon systems for pre- ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance and repair, and billing.

  • Technical Services Party B will provide technical services and training to Party A, taking advantage of Party B’s advanced network, website and multimedia technologies to improve Party A’s system integration. Such technical services shall include: (a) administering, managing and maintaining Party A’s information application system and website system infrastructure; (b) providing system optimization plans and implementing optimization features; (c) assuring the security and reliability of the website application systems; (d) procuring, installing and supporting the relevant products produced by Party B, and providing training in the use of those products; (e) managing and maintaining all network and providing technologies to assure the reliability and efficiency thereof; (f) providing information technology services and assuring the reliable operation of the information infrastructure.

  • Support Staff The College shall designate a clerical person on each campus whose primary responsibility will be to perform clerical duties related to workload assignments for Employees. Faculty assignments to the clerical person shall be given priority over non- faculty assignments. Any conflicts shall be reported to the Chief Academic Officer or to an academic officer of the College who holds the rank of Campus Director or higher. Employees will be notified of the identity of this person and the clerical person will be notified.

  • The Web Services E-Verify Employer Agent agrees to, consistent with applicable laws, regulations, and policies, commit sufficient personnel and resources to meet the requirements of this MOU.

  • Project Management Plan 3.2.1 Developer is responsible for all quality assurance and quality control activities necessary to manage the Work, including the Utility Adjustment Work. Developer shall undertake all aspects of quality assurance and quality control for the Project and Work in accordance with the approved Project Management Plan, Good Industry Practice and applicable Law. 3.2.2 Developer shall develop the Project Management Plan and its component parts, plans and other documentation in accordance with the requirements set forth in Section 1.5.2.5

  • Training a. The employer, in consultation with the local, shall be responsible for developing and implementing an ongoing harassment and sexual harassment awareness program for all employees. Where a program currently exists and meets the criteria listed in this agreement, such a program shall be deemed to satisfy the provisions of this article. This awareness program shall initially be for all employees and shall be scheduled at least once annually for all new employees to attend. b. The awareness program shall include but not be limited to: i. the definitions of harassment and sexual harassment as outlined in this Agreement; ii. understanding situations that are not harassment or sexual harassment, including the exercise of an employer's managerial and/or supervisory rights and responsibilities; iii. developing an awareness of behaviour that is illegal and/or inappropriate; iv. outlining strategies to prevent harassment and sexual harassment; v. a review of the resolution of harassment and sexual harassment as outlined in this Agreement; vi. understanding malicious complaints and the consequences of such; vii. outlining any Board policy for dealing with harassment and sexual harassment; viii. outlining laws dealing with harassment and sexual harassment which apply to employees in B.C.

  • Classroom Management The certificated classroom teacher demonstrates in his/her performance a competent level of knowledge and skill in organizing the physical and human elements in the educational setting.
