Weekly Work Schedule a) The Employer shall post the weekly work schedule for all employees not later than Thursday at 6pm to cover a two week period commencing on the Sunday following the posting of the schedule.
b) The work schedule reflects the name of each employee in the classification ranked in order of seniority. The work schedule of full-time employees, unrestricted part time employees and restricted part-time employees shall be indicated separately.
c) An employee's schedule may be changed without notice in the event of absence of other employees due to sickness or accident or in the event of emergencies, such as fire, flood, breakdown of machinery or other instances of force majeure. In all other cases, at least twenty-four (24) hours' notice of any change must be given or four (4) additional hours pay given in lieu of notice. Such pay would not be subject to overtime rates.
d) The scheduling rights of a full-time employee shall always take precedence over those of a part-time employee.
Weekly Work Schedule. Hours paid as Statutory Holiday pay shall not be included in the weekly work schedule.
Weekly Work Schedule. (2002) Departmental weekly work schedules will be prepared and shall be posted at the latest on Wednesday at three (3) pm for the work week starting on Friday. The schedule may be modified on twenty-four (24) hours prior notice for employees covered under Schedule “A”. Banquet employees shall be governed by the provision of 0.14 of Schedule “B”.
Weekly Work Schedule. 30 Each employee shall be assigned a definite and regular shift and workweek, which shall not be 31 changed by the District without prior notice to the employee of ten (10) working days, except in 32 emergency situations. If an emergency situation develops, the reason for the shift change will be 33 discussed with the employee. If a position is temporarily vacated due to temporary illness, this section 34 would not apply, as employees typically shift positions to cover for the temporary absence, i.e., 35 nutrition service, para-ed, etc.

i. The Time Slots and Work Days for Flexible Work is subject to negotiation with and approval by the supervisor. The supervisors can require that employee work certain ‘core’ days and/or ‘core’ hours.
ii. The employee agrees to work on all selected hours, if not on supervisor approved leave.
iii. This Agreement must be renewed if Work hours need to change during the duration of the Flexible Work.
iv. The supervisor reserves the right to occasionally require employees to attend important meetings and events when necessary.
v. The maximum work hours cannot exceed the standards set by the company wide policy.
vi. The employee is required to sign a separate ‘Remote Work Arrangement’ along with this ‘Flexible Work Agreement’ for the duration that she or he expects to work both remotely and flexibly.
vii. If the working time slots agreed upon by the employee and the manager is outside those specified in Section 3, a separate table that includes those time slots may be prepared in a format similar to the table in Section 3 and attached to this document as a proxy for Section 3.
Weekly Work Schedule. The Employer and an employee may agree to establish a weekly work schedule consisting of four (4) ten (10) hour days. The Employer is not required to establish such work schedule, and if it chooses to do so, it is not required to schedule such schedule continuously for any minimum period beyond one week. Employees working such schedules shall be entitled to daily overtime after the tenth (10th) hour rather than the eighth (8th). Employees working such schedules shall be entitled to any sick pay, funeral pay, and other daily pay, except holiday pay, to which they are entitled, based on a ten (10) hour day, but holiday pay shall be based on an eight (8) hour day. Employees working such schedules shall be entitled to any night or Sunday premium to which they are entitled based on a ten (10) hour day. Employees working such schedules shall be entitled, under Article 8.12, to two breaks of fifteen (15) minutes.
Weekly Work Schedule. Employees assigned to a three (3) shift operation shall work a schedule incorporating two (2) consecutive days off, provided that an employee shall not be scheduled to work more than seven (7) consecutive days. An illustration of this weekly work schedule is attached as Exhibit A to this Agreement.

The Executive's work schedule will be 48 hours per week and he will distribute them over a six-day week, in accordance with the provisions of article 59 second paragraph of the Federal Labor Law and with the needs of the Company, for the purpose of achieving the highest efficiency of the Company's human and material resources.

Employees must in and out when arriving at and departing from their work station. Each employee shall only own time card. The ROYAL YORK UNITE HERE LOCAL ONTARIO COUNCIL If an employee out late, it will be assumed that the employee was delayed for personal reasons and that the time shown on the time card, beyond the regular quitting time, is the employee’s personal time.
Weekly Work Schedule. Employees assigned to a three (3) shift operation shall work the schedule illustrated in Exhibit B to this Agreement. In the event the Employer and the Union mutually agree, a different weekly work schedule may be implemented, subject to a one (1) year trial period. At the end of said trial period, either party can request to return to the schedule illustrated in Exhibit B or meet to readdress.
