Transfer of personal leave. An employee who transfers from one state agency to another shall be credited with the unused balance of his/her personal leave.

Transfer of personal leave. (a) Where an Employee is or has been in the service of: any hospital, benevolent home, community health centre, Society or Association registered under the Health Services Act 1988 (Vic) (or the former Hospitals and Charities Act 1958 (Vic)) or any successor legislation; or the Cancer Institute (constituted under the Cancer Act 1958 (Vic)); and commences employment with an (or another) Employer within the allowable period of absence, the Employer will credit the Employee’s accumulated personal leave from the previous employer to the Employee in their new employment provided that the Employee (including Employees at sub-clause 58.3(d)) complies with the requirements of sub-clause 58.3(c).

Transfer of personal leave. Accumulated personal leave, including that accrued to the date of the Agreement, shall be transferable within the field of employment in any hospital, benevolent home, community health centre, Society or Association registered under the Health Services Act 1988 (or the former Hospitals and Charities Act 1958) or the Cancer Institute (constituted under the Cancer Act 1958). Provided that an Employee shall, within two weeks of commencing employment, make a written declaration or produce a written statement acceptable to the Employer as to what personal leave has been taken during the period of his or her previous employment.

  • Transfer of Personal Data The Participant authorizes, agrees and unambiguously consents to the transmission by the Company (or any Subsidiary) of any personal data information related to the Option awarded under this Agreement for legitimate business purposes (including, without limitation, the administration of the Plan). This authorization and consent is freely given by the Participant.

  • Personal Leave Written request for a personal leave of absence without pay will be considered on an individual basis by the Hospital. Such requests are to be submitted to the employee's immediate supervisor at least four (4) weeks in advance, unless not reasonably possible to give such notice, and a written reply will be given within fourteen (14) days except in cases of emergency in which case a reply will be given as soon as possible. Employees needing personal leave days for appointments with medical practitioners may utilize the personal leave language. Such leave shall not be unreasonably withheld.

  • Transfer of Personal Information Supplier warrants to DXC that Personal Information provided to Supplier or obtained by Supplier under this Agreement on behalf of DXC (including any SOW) shall not be transferred across national boundaries unless authorized by law or specified within this Agreement or the applicable SOW as authorized for transfer across national boundaries. Supplier agrees that any such transfer will only be made in compliance with applicable Data Privacy Laws. If there is a conflict between this Section ‘Data Protection and Privacy’ and the other provisions of this Agreement, the requirements of this Section shall take precedence.

  • Paid Personal Leave A. During the first full pay period in each January, full-time employees on the payroll as of September 1, 2011 will be credited annually with paid personal leave credits at the following rate: Scheduled Hours per Week Personal Leave Credits 37.5 hours per week 37.500 hours 40.0 hours per week 40.000 hours Such personal leave may be taken during the following twelve (12) months at a time or times requested by the employee and approved by his/her Appointing Authority.
