Continuing Professional Development Allowance. (a) Full time employees shall be entitled to a professional development allowance as stated at Appendix 1. The allowance will be paid on a six- monthly basis commencing from the first pay period on or after 1 October 2023.
Continuing Professional Development Allowance. (a) The rates provided at Appendix 1 of this Agreement incorporate payments for the continuing professional development allowance. Therefore, no separate continuing professional development allowance is payable.
Continuing Professional Development Allowance. 24.13.1 A Continuing Professional Development Allowance will be payable in respect of a particular year to any Employee (excluding casuals) employed by an Employer in the eligible classifications (and not on unpaid leave) on 1 November of the relevant year. For those Employees eligible to receive the allowance, payment shall be on the first full pay period on or after 1 November of the relevant year with the first payment to be made from 1 November 2014.
Continuing Professional Development Allowance. The Continuing Professional Development Allowance that was payable in the Healthscope Nurses and Midwives Agreement 2012-2016 under Clause 38.7 of that Enterprise Agreement will not be paid after 1 December 2015 as this Allowance has been absorbed into higher base rates of pay that will apply under this Enterprise Agreement from the first pay period to commence on or after 1 July 2016.
