Only persons hired and certified as bus drivers shall drive on regularly scheduled runs or on extra trips, except in case of emergency or when all regular drivers are unavailable. Arrangements must be made with the Admissions Office at least 2 weeks prior to arrival – no exceptions! • For those who are driving, please arrive on campus between 2:00pm-4:00pm on the first day of the program (Sunday), and plan on departing any time after 9am and before 2pm on the last day of the program (Saturday). • For those flying in, book your flight to arrive at Dulles on the Sunday (first day of the program) so that you can take one of the college's free shuttles departing from Dulles at 1pm, 2:30pm, and 4pm. If you come in earlier in the day, please plan on waiting in the airport until those times. Students may book flights departing anytime between 9am-4pm on the last day (Saturday) of the program. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR FLIGHTS MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS!! We cannot pick up students at any other times than those listed above.   • Cancellation Policies Please refer to the Deposit and Cancellation Schedule on the previous page. Cancellation by GCRC: GCRC may, in its sole discretion, cancel an itinerary or portion of an itinerary at any time, prior to departure. Other than as a result of force majeure, GCRC will repay the deposit or charges for the itinerary or, where appropriate, a reasonable pro rata share thereof. In the event of cancellation of an itinerary in progress, GCRC may select and make available alternative transportation by bus or other means from the point of cancellation to the location where the cancelled itinerary was scheduled to conclude, or the place of its commencement, and reasonable accommodation (if any) required in the course of that return transportation. In no circumstances will GCRC be liable to provide or pay for any further payment, compensation, transportation, or accommodation including (without restriction) further transportation to your home or any other location. Except as specifically provided in this paragraph, the cancellation of an itinerary or portion of an itinerary by GCRC will be subject to the limitation of liability contained in section 10 of this Agreement.

  • Union Policy Grievance The Union may institute a grievance consisting of an allegation of a general misinterpretation or a violation by the Employer of this Agreement in writing at Step Number 2 of the grievance procedure, providing that it is presented within ten (10) working days after the circumstances giving rise to the grievance have originated or occurred.   • NO LEMON POLICY This Agreement provides that following the expiration of the term of the Covered Product’s manufacturer’s warranty, and subject to Our Limit of Liability, after three (3) service repairs have been completed for the Covered Product for the same problem, as determined in Our sole discretion, in lieu of performing a fourth (4th) repair on the Covered Product, We may replace it with a product of like kind or similar features, or issue a check to You in an amount not to exceed the remaining limit of liability as determined in accordance with the section titled “LIMIT OF LIABILITY.” If We replace the Covered Product, all Our obligations for the Covered Product under this Agreement terminate.
