Emergency Road Service. When regularly assigned to perform service within switching limits, yard crews shall not be used in road service when road crews are available except in case of emergency. If TRS requests and Ryder agrees to perform these services from time to time, the hours expended in performance shall be considered Repair Hours hereunder.

We will provide for the repair or replacement of the Vehicle's tires and wheels, which during the term of this Agreement become Unserviceable due to a Road Hazard or by contact with a curb, medians, parking stops, or other hazards or conditions in the roadway. Unserviceable means that the tire(s) has been punctured or otherwise damaged to the extent that it is unsafe, or that the wheel will no longer hold a seal with its tire. A Road Hazard is a condition on a public roadway, which should not exist there, such as potholes, nails, glass, or other road debris. We will also dispatch service to repair Cosmetic Damage to covered wheels. Cosmetic Damage is defined as direct and accidental damage to the outside face of a covered wheel that does not render the wheel Unserviceable. Excluded is any damage to chrome wheels or wheels with chrome simulation. • Flat Tires: You will be reimbursed for the reasonable costs You incur to repair a flat tire caused by a Road Hazard while operating the covered vehicle on public streets and in a legal manner.

When yard crews are used in road service, under conditions just referred to, they shall be paid miles or hours, whichever is the greater with a minimum of one hour for the class of service performed, in addition to the regular yard pay and without any deduction therefrom for the time consumed in said service. Question When will road crews be considered as available? Answer A road crew is available when rest is up and crew is subject to call. Example to be applied to Article Work 5 hours in Yard, then used in road service 4 hours making miles, with a total spread of 9 hours. Compensation 8 hours at straight time Yard rates, 1 hour at Yard overtime rates and 4 hours at pro rata road rates.
Emergency Road Service. In the event Your Vehicle is disabled, We will dispatch a service Vehicle to Your location to assist You. In the event Your Vehicle is unable to continue under its own power, Your Vehicle may be towed to a location of Your choosing. You will receive twenty-five (25) miles of towing at no cost. Any additional mileage will be Your responsibility and payment will be expected at the time service is rendered. When calling for towing or road service, You must call 000-000-0000. You will be required to give the representative assisting You the following information: Producer Code-96581, Your Member Number (which is Your contract number on the top right of Your contract) and Your plan letter which is U. Coverage: You are entitled to one (1) service per seventy-two (72) hours. Services available to You at no cost are: a tow up to twenty-five (25) miles, battery jumpstart, flat tire change, fuel delivery (You are responsible for the actual cost of the delivered materials), locksmith. Reimbursement: In the event Your Vehicle is disabled and You contracted for any of the above covered services on Your own, You will be able to submit Your original receipted road service expenses for reimbursement consideration. Maximum for any covered services is strictly limited to fifty dollars ($50.00). You must send Your original receipted roadside bills along with a letter of explanation to: Prime Auto Care, Inc., 0000 Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx-Xxxxx, PA, 18706-2028.
Emergency Road Service. Ryder agrees to provide road service for mechanical or tire failure (unless it results from an accident, driver abuse or a violation of this Agreement). Where Ryder is not responsible for road service, Ryder will coordinate road service for you at your expense.
Emergency Road Service. In the event of a Covered Repair, the Administrator agrees to reimburse You for an amount up to $100 for towing assistance or flat tire change when directly associated with a Covered Failure.
B. Any repair or replacement covered by the manufacturer, any warranty, or recall. X. Xxxxxx, failure, or loss due to negligence, abuse, misuse, collision, upset, railroad crossing, or vandalism.
D. Destruction or damage to a tire or wheel due to off-road vehicle use, construction site use, or an impact with an engineered obstruction in the highway or roadway (including but not limited to curbs). E. Any tire repair or replacement due to dry-rot, cracking, or peeling of tread. F. Tires that prematurely fail because of overloading, improper loading, or improper inflation. G. Used, retread, or remanufactured tires. X. Xxxxx that are not D.O.T. certified or do not meet the specifications prescribed by the manufacturer of the RV listed in this Service Contract.
I. Any wheel that is not OEM for the RV listed in this Service Contract. J. Any failure occurring when any portion of the tread depth on the failed tire is 3/32 of an inch or less. X. Xxxxx transferred from another RV. L. Any damage or failure resulting from rust or corrosion. M. Repairs or replacements made outside the contiguous United States or if the Vehicle is registered outside the contiguous United States. N. Any consequential loss or damage whatsoever, including loss, damage or injury to persons or property resulting from the failure of any tire or wheel. THIS CONTRACT IS NOT INSURANCE; IT IS A SERVICE CONTRACT IS BETWEEN YOU AND THE ADMINISTRATOR OBLIGOR. PURCHASE OF THIS SERVICE CONTRACT IS NOT REQUIRED IN ORDER TO PURCHASE AN RV OR TO OBTAIN RV FINANCING. SERVICE CONTRACT PRICE $
Emergency Road Service. Drivers will receive a commission based on a percentage of the value of calls they complete on a monthly basis. The Employer sets the value of calls. The commission percentage will be set each month based on the Employee's total average call value per hour for the (12) twelve months ending that month.
