Annually after January 1, the District and the Association shall determine the mean total compensation of nine comparison districts (Bellevue, Everett, Highline, Lake Washington, Marysville, Mukilteo, Northshore, Shoreline, and Snohomish). No later than the April pay warrant, retroactive to September 1 of the current contract year, the District shall increase the Supplemental Pay Schedule by an amount that permits the District’s average total compensation (base salary plus TRI-1 pay as defined in the Implementation Memo “TRI Pay Midpoint Calculation” to equal the mean total compensation of the nine comparison districts . For those who leave the District, this payment will occur on the employee’s final pay warrant. In the event the District’s Maintenance and Operations Levy at the maximum capacity should fail, the Supplemental Pay Schedule shall be renegotiated by the District and the Association.
TRI Schedule. Recognizing the need for professional growth, curriculum development, and other responsibilities beyond the regular work day, the District will provide a Time, Responsibility Incentive pay (TRI) as defined in Appendix I, Teaching Salary Schedule. This amount will be paid in 12 equal payments and will be prorated for part-time employees based on full-time equivalency. Effective September 1, 2012, the TRI scheduled will increase by .5% of the applicable base salary rate (state salary schedule) for each cell. Effective September 1, 2013, the TRI schedule will increase by an additional 1.5% of the applicable base salary rate (state salary schedule) for each cell. Selection of TRI activities is determined by employees and may include the following activities:

  • Schedule The Work shall be performed as expeditiously as possible in conformity with the schedule requirements contained herein and in the Statement of Work. The draft and final versions of all deliverables shall be submitted by the dates specified in the Exhibit A Schedule and Project Period noted in Item No. 7 of this Agreement. It is understood and agreed that the delivery of the draft and final versions of such deliverables by the Contractor shall occur in a timely manner and in accordance with the requirements of the Exhibit A Schedule.

  • PROGRESS SCHEDULE The Contractor, within ten (10) working days of receiving notice of the award of the contract, shall prepare and submit for the State's and Architect's information an estimated progress schedule for the Work. The progress schedule shall be related to the entire Project to the extent required by the Contract Documents, and shall provide for expeditious and practicable execution of the Work.

  • Pay Schedule 50.01 The regularly scheduled pay day shall be bi-weekly, every other Friday.   • Recovery Schedule If the initial schedule or any current updates fail to reflect the Work’s actual plan or method of operation, or a contractual milestone date is more than fifteen (15) days behind, Owner may require that a recovery schedule for completion of the remaining Work be submitted. The Recovery Schedule must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days of Owner’s request. The Recovery Schedule shall describe in detail Construction Contractor’s plan to complete the remaining Work by the required Contract milestone date. The Recovery Schedule submitted shall meet the same requirements as the original Construction Schedule. The narrative submitted with the Recovery Schedule should describe in detail all changes that have been made to meet the Contract milestone dates.
