Uncompensated Overtime. The decision to propose uncompensated overtime is the offeror's decision. Should the offeror, however, elect to propose uncompensated overtime, the offeror must propose a methodology that is consistent with their cost accounting practices and company policy. If proposed, provide an estimate of any uncompensated overtime proposed for exempt personnel working at the offeror's facilities. This estimate should identify the number of uncompensated labor hours and the percentage of compensated labor. Uncompensated labor hours are defined as hours for exempt personnel in excess of regular hours for a pay period which are actually worked and recorded in accordance with company policy. Provide a copy of the company policy on uncompensated overtime. Provide historical percentages of uncompensated overtime for the past three years. If proposed for subcontractors, provide separately with subcontractor information.

Uncompensated Overtime. For the prime and each subcontractor, in accordance with FAR 52.237-10, “Identification of Uncompensated Overtime”, if uncompensated time is included in the offer or any of the supporting cost data, the uncompensated time should be clearly identified with an explanation as to why it is needed. In addition, for any prime or subcontractor proposing uncompensated time, briefly summarize the company policy on uncompensated time and provide a copy of the policy. State what, if any, impact the policy may have on the efforts described in the Statement of Work/Performance Work Statement. Provide historical data to demonstrate that the proposed level of uncompensated overtime is realistic.
Uncompensated Overtime. The Government does not require the use of uncompensated overtime; however, if proposed, include a detailed narrative basis of estimate explaining your proposed methodology and provide your historical experience for similar work.

  • Daily Overtime All employees shall be paid the applicable overtime rate of time and one-half (1-1/2) for all time worked in excess of eight (8) hours per day.

  • Shift Differential Compensation Any employee in the bargaining unit whose assigned work shift commences (for unit-1) prior to 5:30 a.m. or whose work shift ends after 5:30 p.m., or (for unit-2 members) commences after 2:00 p.m. shall be paid a shift differential premium of five (5%) percent above the regular rate of pay for all hours worked.

  • Overtime Pay a) A casual employee shall be entitled to overtime pay in accordance with Article 27.05 in the following circumstances:

  • Weekly Overtime When an employee has worked forty (40) hours in a single workweek (exclusive of daily overtime), all time worked in excess of forty (40) hours at the request of the Company will be compensated at one and one half times (1.5X) his regular hourly rate.

  • Regular Overtime Any overtime work scheduled in advance of the administrative workweek as part of an employee's regularly scheduled workweek is considered regular overtime. An employee shall be compensated for every minute of regular overtime work in accordance with 5 CFR 550.
