Common use of Union Representative Access Clause in Contracts

Union Representative Access. 5.01 The Port agrees to allow reasonable access to Port facilities for Union Representatives who have been properly authorized by the Union. Such access shall be permitted in a manner as not to interfere with the functions of the Police Department (hereinafter referred to as the Department) or the Port.
