University Discretion. The University may cancel this Agreement or change Student’s Space assignment in the interest of order, discipline, health, safety, security, maximum utilization of Department facilities and resources, and/or educational delivery, or for the Student’s failure to pay rent or charges in a timely manner.

University Discretion. Nothing in Article 7 shall restrict the right of the University to require the transfer or promotion of employees because of organizational needs or other reason, or to demote or transfer an employee at any time because of unsatisfactory performance or organizational needs. The University retains the right to hire such applicants as it deems qualified in its sole discretion.
University Discretion. The University will give consideration to the circumstances of each employee’s application for Personal Leave, and has the right to determine whether or not to grant a leave of absence and to set the duration of the leave. 1.
