University Discretion. The University may cancel this Agreement or change Student’s Space assignment in the interest of order, discipline, health, safety, security, maximum utilization of Department facilities and resources, and/or educational delivery, or for the Student’s failure to pay rent or charges in a timely manner.
University Discretion. Nothing in Article 7 shall restrict the right of the University to require the transfer or promotion of employees because of organizational needs or other reason, or to demote or transfer an employee at any time because of unsatisfactory performance or organizational needs. The University retains the right to hire such applicants as it deems qualified in its sole discretion.
University Discretion. The University will give consideration to the circumstances of each employee’s application for Personal Leave, and has the right to determine whether or not to grant a leave of absence and to set the duration of the leave.
1. The University will not grant a leave of absence during the first year of employment except where the leave is of short duration in emergency circumstances.
2. At the University’s discretion, a leave may be extended if the employee requests the extension in writing before the initial leave expires, provided the total duration of the leave shall not exceed one (1) calendar year.
University Discretion. A hybrid work arrangement is a privilege and not an entitlement or a university-wide benefit and is granted at the sole discretion of the university.
University Discretion. It shall be within the Hospital’s discretion whether or not to accept an animal for care. If the Hospital does accept an animal for care, it shall be within the Hospital’s discretion as to the course of treatment which course may include, but not be limited to, diagnostic tests, administering of pharmaceuticals, surgery, and/or euthanasia.
