Use of Customer Information. 13.1 The Company is hereby authorized, in relation to any information it has relating to the Customer or the authorized user under the Customer's Account, to use and/or disclose such information for the purpose of the Company performing its obligation or enforcing its rights under this Agreement or any other purpose reasonably incidental thereto or in contemplation thereof.
Use of Customer Information. The privacy of your information is important to us. The privacy policy and statement in this Section 20 tells you how we collect information from you and how we use it.
Use of Customer Information. In the course of providing service to Customer, Telesystem will obtain certain usage-related information about the type, quantity or amount of telecommunications services that Customer uses. This information is referred to as customer proprietary network information (“CPNI”) under federal law. Telesystem policy regarding CPNI information and changes when calling into support will require you to provide your Telesystem account number as part of the verification process. Telesystem also obtains and possesses information regarding the number called or the number from which a call was placed and the time, location or duration of any calls. This information is referred to as Call Detail Records. The use of the term CPNI includes Call Detail Records. You have the right, and we have a duty, to protect the confidentiality of Xxxxxxxx’s CPNI. Under federal law, we may use your CPNI to provide service to you, to bill and collect for such services, to protect our property rights and as otherwise permitted or required by law. In addition, Telesystem may use CPNI to offer you better prices or packages of the types of services you currently receive from Telesystem and to market other services as well. Telesystem will seek your approval in accordance with FCC rules prior to using CPNI to market other services to you. Telesystem will not disclose CPNI to independent contractors or joint venture partners without obtaining your prior approval in accordance with FCC rules. If you obtained service from Telesystem with the assistance of an independent Sales Agent, you hereby consent to Telesystem sharing CPNI with the Sales Agent(s) so that Sales Agent may use this information in marketing additional products and services to Customer offered by Telesystem or its affiliates. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting Telesystem directly. Except as described above, Sales Agent will not share this information with any third parties nor use this information.

Use of Customer Information. You hereby acknowledge and agree that: (a) we are authorized to collect, use, transfer, store, process or otherwise handle information and data relating to you from time to time to administer the Accounts and provide the Services under the Customer Agreement; (b) from time to time, it is necessary for you to supply us with information in connection with the opening or continuation of Accounts and the establishment or continuation of Accounts and Services or provision of Accounts and Services and/or other financial services; (c) failure to supply any information may result in us being unable to open or continue Accounts or establish or continue Accounts and Services or provide Accounts and Services and/or other financial services; (d) it is also the case that information is collected from you in the ordinary course of the continuation of the relationship; for example, when you provide funding, apply for credit or when we obtain information from CRA; (e) information may be used for the following purposes: (i) the provision and daily operation (including without limitation, maintenance and administration) of the Accounts and Services and credit facilities and/or other financial services provided to you; (ii) conducting credit checks (including without limitation, upon an application for consumer credit and upon periodic review of the credit) ; (iii) the comparison of your data with any other data, and use of the results for taking actions which may or may not be adverse to your interests; (iv) assisting other financial institutions to conduct credit checks and collect debts; (v) ensuring your ongoing credit worthiness; (vi) evaluating your potential financial needs, conducting market research, and with your express consent, direct marketing of other financial, insurance or telecommunications services or products, such direct marketing activities may or may not directly relate to your Accounts, the Services and/ or other financial services and may be conducted by us, any Group Company or other carefully selected insurance, financial services or telecommunications service providers; (vii) determining the amount of indebtedness owed to or by you; (viii) collection of amounts outstanding from you and those providing security for your obligations; (ix) internal data processing, preparation of internal statistical reports, sales revenue reports and rebates/soft dollar arrangement analysis and any other reports; (x) commencing, defending or otherwise participating i...

Use of Customer Information. 11.1 For the purposes of this clause, “eir Mobile” shall mean eircom Limited and its Affiliates. Within this clause “Consent”, “Data Controller”, “Data Subject”, “Personal Data” and “Processing” shall have the same meanings as in the Applicable Data Protection Law and “Processed” and “Process” shall be construed in accordance with the definition of “Processing”.
Use of Customer Information. From time to time the Company can provide the Customer with Services marketing or educational information based on existing or presumed use of one or more Company Services. To the extent Company uses Customer’s information in its possession it is called Customer Proprietary Network Information or CPNI. The Company may use CPNI to advise the Customer on utilizing existing or new related Services. The Company does not sell or provide this information to any third parties, other than the E911 records required by law, if you are a telephone customer. Customer has a right to restrict Company’s access to CPNI. If you choose to opt-out of the Company’s use of CPNI, please contact our business office to be placed on a list where we will not use your CPNI. Further, the Customer hereby gives Company permission to contact them, using any of the information required for the Company to provide the Services requested, including at the phone number or email listed in the Service Application, about future Services that the Company will be offering that may be of interest to Customer.
Use of Customer Information. Sprint develops information about the quantity, technical configuration, type, destination, amount of services used and other information found on Customer’s bill (“Customer Information”). To serve Customer the most efficiently, Sprint may use Customer Information for purposes of determining and offering other Sprint products and services that may interest Customer. If Customer so desires, Sprint will not use Customer Information to offer Customer products and services that are unrelated to the services Customer currently receives from Sprint.
